Outstanding care staff, who have patient welfare as their priority. It's a really tough job but they do it with the utmost care, skill & kindness and always treat patients with the dignity they deserve. I remember when the GP told me how incredible he thought it was, that the staff could take a
coach full of dementia patients on a day trip to the seaside and make it look easy (which it obviously wasn't) - that speaks for itself.

My Mum sadly passed back in 2024 of Lewy Body Dementia, but she spent nearly 4 years at Burlington, being cared for by truly wonderful people. Their dementia unit is superb, with the most patient and caring team.
My Dad is currently at Burlington. Coming up to 4 years.
He lives downstairs where
he is cared for for his physical difficulties. The team are amazing to and with him.
When Mum was being cared for in the dementia unit Dad would spend time with her everyday. They would have dinner together without fail.
The unit managers and the senior home management team have been a huge support to me personally.
It is a lot having parents in a care home, but they ensure they communicate everything going on and assist where they can with doctors, paperwork etc.
I can't recommend Burlington Court Care home enough. They have truly cared for and loved both of my parents. I can only thank them sincerely.

In looking for a home for Dad i knew of Burlington Court as it is local to me.
My initial meeting and look round found the home to be warm, welcoming and super friendly. All residents were happy and chatty and clearly enjoying the atmosphere.
The food was beautiful, the activities provided were
all inclusive and I particularly liked the idea of news letters and residents meeting.
Dad had to be moved from Sheffield, a move made simple and arranged by the staff at Burlington Court with the assistance of the NHS.
Dad's room is lovely, personal to him with his own photos and other personal belongings.
I am thrilled to see how settled Dad is already, and look forward to watching him flourish

Adam and his team at Burlington provided end of life care for my mum. They went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and cared for. We honestly couldn't have asked for more and their care means we are able to grieve as a family knowing her final moments were the best they possibly could
have been. We cannot recommend Adam and his team highly enough.

My father was a resident of Burlington Court from November 2023 to December 2025. Making the decision to move him into a care home was difficult. Choosing Burlington Court soon showed me it was the right decision and gave him an extra 2 years of life filled with fun and laughter. He loved the
activities and trips out. He made new friends and great connections with the staff. I couldn't recommend Burlington Court enough. They are so dedicated and genuinely care about their residents.

My dad moved in to Burlington two weeks ago and the support has been incredible.
The managers ensured that the transition was as smooth and as quick as possible, which
allowed him to settle in very well.

My partner suffers from Alzheimer's and has been a resident for over 4 years. The love, care, warmth, patience and compassion of the care and nursing staff during a very traumatic time for her deserves the highest praise and commendation. They have been and continue to be her angels and have gone
beyond the call of duty to engage and comfort her especially during some of her darkest moments.
Not forgetting the many other people that go to make up Burlington Court's army of caring staff, it takes special people to tend to the needs of the challenged and vulnerable and make them feel special.
Thank you all for being there.

My aunt was recently admitted to care at Burlington court. It is always daunting for a family when you have to place a resident in full time care. However, I would like to state all staff at this care facility have worked and continue to work hard looking after my aunt. On our recent visits she
looked well cared for. She looked happy and even told us at 90 she was loving her time in Burlington Court.
It can always be daunting as we are so far away that we do not know what to expect. The warmth and welcome from reception when we arrived went a long way to ease my mum's anxieties as she has not seen her sister in person for more than a year due to her limited ability to travel so far. Mum was reassured that her sister was in safe hands
It is not an easy task the staff have but they all appear to go above and beyond the call of duty to provide first class service to all the residents. The staff work really hard caring and keeping the facility clean.

The staff here are lovely and always have time for my mum. She was in two hospitals and another care home in Northampton where she ate the same food every day due to her dementia we thought that was it! Then she arrived at Burlington Court, where she was greeted with a smile (and still does every
day). The staff have gently encouraged her to try different foods, and amazingly, after 2.5 years, she has now started eating better foods - only a few things, but we are so pleased she is thanks to the staff who care for her. My dad is welcomed every day and given a cup of tea when he visits. Nothing is too much trouble, some of the staff sit with her for a chat, which we think is lovely, and she enjoys even though she doesn't always remember, they still go in and have a natter with her! Very, very important to us! Well done everybody, we really appreciate your time and care for our Mum. All staff top to bottom great team.
