View Full Details of Nazareth House - NorthamptonMy father has been immobile for a couple of years, during which time, my mother and two privately funded carers have kept him in the best physical shape they could, knowing full well what issues a complete lack of mobility can bring. In late June/early July, he attended Nazareth House for two weeks respite care. Despite, being at NH for a short space of time, he returned home with a pressure sore. It is truly staggering that Nazareth House allowed this to happen, and their levels of "care" need serious questioning. If you happen to be considering having them look after a loved one, you may like to think again.
I have been very pleased with the level of care my mother receives at Nazareth House. The staff are friendly and efficient and mother seems very satisfied with her daily routine. She is always treated with kindness and respect, for which we are truly grateful. It isn't exactly luxurious! But what it lacks in style and elegance is compensated for by the warm welcome we are always greeted with, along with plenty of tea and cake. Thank you!
Staff are lovely, always friendly and welcoming.
From the moment I walked in the staff members I met have very kind and helpful. The manager is very pleasant and professional. My mum health has improved because of the pleasant invironment she is in and I can see how relaxed and happy she is looking much better a very big thank you to care home and the staff members and the very wonderful manager we are very impressed with how our mum is being looked after thank you to you all.
Just a massive thank you to all the staff at the house. I think it is a massive understatement that caring is an easy and straightforward job, but because of the hard work of all the staff, I am allowed to be family to my dad. Communication is always clear and the staff listen to concerns and take action as appropriate.
Since moving into Nazareth House just over a month ago, my mother has looked so much better. She is eating regularly and joining in with activities. She has dementia but living in Nazareth has greatly improved her mental health.
Our mum recently became a resident at Nazareth House in Northampton, and we couldn't be more grateful for the incredible welcome and support she's received. From day one, the team went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and valued. They've added lovely personal touches to her room, including new curtains and a recliner to help her settle in. Even something as simple as a relaxing bubble bath has made her feel truly cared for. She was anxious about her mobility, but in her own words: "They give me confidence to keep moving." She absolutely adores the activities and always has something to look forward to. It's been such a comfort to see her smiling and engaged again. A heartfelt thank-you to the manager and the entire team for their warmth, patience, and dedication-you've made such a positive difference in her life and in ours.
My review is that of excellence at all parts of Nazareth house towards my wife. The staff are an example of care and efficiency to all.
We are so happy with the care our nan receives. The staff have become like extended family and go above and beyond. We couldn't wish for our loved one to be in kinder hands. Great team. Great home. Lovely atmosphere.
Because I live in Norfolk its so nice to know my mum is happy and cared for when Im not there. It's such a relief. 10 out of 10.
Its not just the resident that Nazareth house look after its also the family.
My mother has been a resident at this home for just over a year. I was so impressed when she first moved in with the home and after 12 months I am still as happy. Care staff are very caring and always friendly and seem happy to be at work. There is a good team spirit and it is nice to see management working with care staff. The housekeeping staff do a super job in keeping the resident's clothes well cared for with a very quick turnaround. The cleanliness of the home is excellent. Nice that the residents are listened to and can put forward ideas on what they want to do and change within the entertainment and activities.
My father is very happy in the home. He is very well looked after, and I have no complaints.
My grandad is well looked after and is happy.
My father-in-law is well looked after and we are happy with his care - he is happy and appreciates he is in the best place.
Lovely staff, all so caring and friendly. Amazing service. Take such good care of residents especially my nan. Always have smiles on their faces, it's such a warm welcoming place, feels like home. 100% recommend.
From the numerous care homes, carers and hospitals my mum has been in she has never been so settled as she is now. She's listened to and helped daily with all her needs. I personally can now relax slightly, knowing she's in the wonderful hands of Nazareth House.
The staff are all so friendly and helpful and look after the residents with humility and consideration for there complex needs, they try to join them all in on the games and activities they put on which is very refreshing to see. My Nan is a lot happy here compared to her previous place of living, which makes it a lot easier and less stress for me and my mum.
My mum will have been a resident for two years in May 2025, and the staff have been wonderful with her. From the moment she arrived after a lengthy hospital stay, they have kept me updated every step of the way-whether about hospital visits, doctor appointments, or general updates. She loves getting her hair done and enjoys participating in the activities planned each day. The staff are not only great with my mum but also very friendly, which I truly appreciate.
Staff at Nazareth house uphold a very high standard. They are very good at giving feedback and always very friendly. Staff are well trained and have done a good job at looking after my father. Susan and the reception staff are great
