My mother was only with Nazareth House for a month, but I have to say she was looked after. All staff are so attentive, and nothing seems to trouble them. My mother was only with Nazareth House for a month, but I have to say she was looked after. All staff are so attentive, and nothing seems to trouble them. Mum was deteriorating at a rate and we couldn't leave her at home and after being offered a place here for her we reluctantly placed her here. We made a good choice, it is warm, cosy and comfortable and feels homely and they look after your loved one. The staff interact and do all sorts of activities although as mum got worse, she wasn't able to participate. Thoroughly recommend this care home.

We work close with professional bodies to ensure referrals are made within a timely manner and we like to think referrals will be accepted by the NHS however this is at the NHS discretion.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, despite me responding to the concerns you raised regarding your dads care you decided to publish a negative review this is of course your opinion. While I am sorry you have this opinion of the service it was explained to your mum both by my staff and the district nursing team on the 5th of July that your dad would need best rest and his dietary intake needed to improve to help heel the wound. I am also not prepared to discuss other residents in the service with yourself and while I am sorry that you feel your dad did not receive appropriate care, I cannot change how you feel and will not be responding to yourself any further in the future.
