It isn't exactly luxurious! But what it lacks in style and elegance is compensated for by the warm welcome we are always greeted with, along with plenty of tea and cake. Thank you!

From the moment I walked in the staff members I met have very kind and helpful. The manager is very pleasant and professional. My mum health has improved because of the pleasant invironment she is in and I can see how relaxed and happy she is looking much better a very big thank you to care home and the staff members and the very wonderful manager we are very impressed with how our mum is being looked after thank you to you all.
Just a massive thank you to all the staff at the house. I think it is a massive understatement that caring is an easy and straightforward job, but because of the hard work of all the staff, I am allowed to be family to my dad. Communication is always clear and the staff listen to concerns and take action as appropriate.
Thank you for your positive feedback. I am pleased you are happy with the care and communication. Our door is always open for feedback or suggestions.
Since moving into Nazareth House just over a month ago, my mother has looked so much better. She is eating regularly and joining in with activities. She has dementia but living in Nazareth has greatly improved her mental health.
Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you are happy with the care and what Nazareth has to offer.
They've added lovely personal touches to her room, including new curtains and a recliner to help her settle in. Even something as simple as a relaxing bubble bath has made her feel truly cared for. She was anxious about her mobility, but in her own words: "They give me confidence to keep moving."
She absolutely adores the activities and always has something to look forward to. It's been such a comfort to see her smiling and engaged again. A heartfelt thank-you to the manager and the entire team for their warmth, patience, and dedication-you've made such a positive difference in her life and in ours.

From the numerous care homes, carers and hospitals my mum has been in she has never been so settled as she is now. She's listened to and helped daily with all her needs. I personally can now relax slightly, knowing she's in the wonderful hands of Nazareth House.
Thank you for your kind words and feedback.I am pleased to hear you feel your mum is settled and happy at Nazareth
The staff are all so friendly and helpful and look after the residents with humility and consideration for there complex needs, they try to join them all in on the games and activities they put on which is very refreshing to see. My Nan is a lot happy here compared to her previous place of living, which makes it a lot easier and less stress for me and my mum.
Thank You for your kind feedback.I am happy that you feel your nan is settled at Nazareth house.
My mum will have been a resident for two years in May 2025, and the staff have been wonderful with her. From the moment she arrived after a lengthy hospital stay, they have kept me updated every step of the way-whether about hospital visits, doctor appointments, or general updates. She loves getting her hair done and enjoys participating in the activities planned each day. The staff are not only great with my mum but also very friendly, which I truly appreciate.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We are so glad you are happy with the care at Nazareth house. We always aim to deliver a high standard of care.
Staff at Nazareth house uphold a very high standard. They are very good at giving feedback and always very friendly. Staff are well trained and have done a good job at looking after my father. Susan and the reception staff are great
Thank you for your kind feedback , we always aim to deliver a high standard of care.
She is still settling in at the home and is confused where she is and on occasion asks to go home.
The staff are all very friendly and they encourage the residents to play games and the unit is securely locked at the front (as mum had started to wander from home.)
Mum has had a couple of eye medical issues which the team have addressed with the GP practice for the home and appropriate treatments applied.
I have only put satisfactory for food and drink as I cannot confirm what the meals are as I am not there at those times. I cannot believe they would not be very good. I have seen extra teas and drinks for residents and offered to guests at others times during the day.
Thank you for your lovely feedback.you are more than welcome to join your mum at mealtimes to try our lovely meals.
