Nazareth House is more than just a care home, they honestly go above and beyond with the care they deliver. My mother-in-law has received the most compassion and top standard of care while being here!
The staff go above and beyond to meet her needs and make her feel at home!

Friendly staff, always on hand when you need them. They try to make it as homely as possible, always welcoming from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. All-round brilliant care. Would highly recommend it to anyone if asked.

First time at the home visiting and was easy to find. Friendly welcome at reception, care staff friendly and welcoming and have a good sense of humour. The home seemed well run and clean. Seemed there was plenty of activities going on within the home. Keep up the good work.

Nazareth House is a fabulous home with a great leadership team. Staff are always friendly, polite and helpful and treat residents with empathy, dignity and respect. One staff member and manager are very helpful and organised. One of the nurses in particular is an outstanding nurse, keeps us informed,
contacts us quickly if necessary and reassures us that mum is well cared for. The tables are always laid out nicely by the catering team, and the residents lovely the daily entertainment and one staff member in particular is always thinking of new ways to help residents participate. Nazareth is kept clean and tidy and always smells nice. Laundry is provided for residents and has its own chapel with lovely gardens. We feel extremely lucky to have found a lovely home where residents are truly cared for.

The staff at Nazareth provide the most amazing care all year round and are just so kind to everyone.
But I'd particularly like to highlight the fantastic guy who provides year-round activities and entertainment for the residents. He does so much and works so hard and is clearly passionate about what
he does. He is one of several unsung heroes there.

I paid a visit to my in-law and was really happy with the reception I received. He was looking great and had zero complaints.
Members of Staff were very sociable. Offered me lunch, though I refused and settled for tea.

Nazareth House is a great care home. My mother is always very well looked after. All the carers are very kind to her. It's a relief knowing she's in there and being taken care of. The management is very well organised and lets us know how she is.

No one wants their loved one to need a care home but due to many different circumstances, sometimes it is unavoidable. So, I feel we are very lucky for Mum to be at Nazareth House. It is very comforting to know she is safe and well cared for. The focus on her personal wellbeing is outstanding.
The
staff are kind, caring and compassionate. There is a family vibe. Management are very supportive and freely give advice if you have any concerns. Carers, cleaners, kitchen, maintenance and activity staff are always friendly and welcoming - they make a great team.
Mum always looks well cared for, her clothes are clean and fresh and her hair always looks lovely.
The home is always very clean, tidy and organised. A lot of thought and care goes into decorating at times like the Coronation celebrations, Christmas, Easter etc which makes it feel very homely and there is always a lovely atmosphere.
I would definitely recommend Nazareth House.

We recently had to place our mum at Nazareth House, and I cannot express how relieved and grateful we are for the level of care and compassion she has received since her arrival. From the very first moment we stepped through the doors, it was evident that Nazareth House is more than just a care home;
it is a loving community where residents are treated like family.
The staff at Nazareth House truly stand out. Their warm smiles and friendly demeanour made my mum feel at home almost instantly. Each member of the team, from the caregivers to the administrative staff - was attentive and genuinely concerned about her well-being. It was heartwarming to see how they took the time to engage with her, learning her preferences and interests to ensure she felt comfortable and welcome.
Would thoroughly recommend Nazareth House to all.

Across all the staff, it felt as if they really cared and were all part of the team. They were also friendly and welcoming. The environment was clean and no unpleasant smells. Rooms were looked after well and clothes were always clean and fresh. The building is a little tired and the gardens could benefit
from more care. I would have liked to see real (not artificial) flowers in reception.

I would like to thank very much all the staff for looking after my mother. Putting up with her mood swings and all the loving care from the staff right up to the day she passed away, with special thanks to one staff member in particular who was kind enough to go to the funeral with me.

Every time I visit, the management are always very smart and presentable. They are always welcoming and polite. The staff are outstanding and always happy, which reflects on the good management of this home. My resident friend who I expected to be a difficult client has settled in and feels so safe

It’s really a “home from home” place, a fabulous warm welcome awaits you. Dad was cared for and greeted by staff who really are caring and treated him as an individual, and as if he were family.
All the staff are amazing, kind, compassionate, patient and professional, with a fabulous sense of humour.
Every visit I was also greeted with a smile and a warm welcome too.
The food was home cooked and a good variety which suits everyone’s tastes. Dad really built up his appetite again here. It was such a relief to know Dad was in excellent, safe, supportive hands and gave the family respite at such a worrying time. We were also supported as a family too, advice and appointments were taken care of which was such a weight off our minds.
I wouldn’t hesitate if you’re considering Nazareth for your beloved family member as it truly is home from home.

A wonderful place with exceptional care. The whole atmosphere in the whole home is great.
Activity leaders, two members of staff in particular make a fantastic team, their jolly personalities ensure a happy time is had by all.
Planning meaningful group activities, with plenty of variety to include
all.
Encouraging each resident's participation, with a friendly approach and kindness shown.
The stimulating activities ensure both the physical and mental well-being of the residents.
It is wonderful to see the enjoyment and the social interaction between the residents, during these sessions.
You are a credit to your profession.

I noticed a big improvement in how my sister presented after being admitted into the care home. She settled in well and was always pleased to see the staff. I was also happy with the care she received from the staff, and nothing was too much trouble for them. My sister can be difficult at times, but
again, the staff were very professional and managed her well. They do a very good job.

All the staff are very happy and friendly and very caring and the home is very clean. There is always something going on with games, bingo, quiz. All the rooms are a good size and you can bring lots of personal belongings to make your room feel like home. I would recommend this home to anybody thinking
of putting a member of their family here.

We are very happy on the care of my Mum and Mum has settled in and is very happy and we know she is safe and well looked after.
There are activities every day which mum joins in.
The staff are lovely and are there if we have concerns which we don't.
Volunteers also help out with activities which
we appreciate. they do a good job and are very good with the residents.
We go home and know Mum is being looked after.
