We really appreciated that the staff always treated my Dad with respect and dignity, particularly in his last few days. I cannot speak highly enough of the way the staff also supported all of the family through this difficult sad time.

There is a very good atmosphere. The staff are both happy and attentive. I feel it is a very safe and caring environment for my father.
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you are happy with Nazareth House.
They are easily approachable, and answer any of my questions regarding my mum.
After taking my mum back to the home following a short break, she stated that it was lovely to be back home with my friends.
I think that says what an amazing care home Nazareth House is.

My friend lives in Nazareth House Northampton. He has been here for over 3 years. He seems very happy there. Occasionally he complains about the food and as he is Chinese the food is not always to his liking. In my observation sometimes my friend's bedroom is not always as clean as normal. Staff shortage?
Thank you for your kind review. We always aim to deliver a high standard of care towards our residents. There is always the correct number of staff on shift to ensure the service runs effectively, safely and smoothly. The housekeeping team will always ensure the home and bedrooms are clean and tidy. Thank you again for your kind feedback.
From the moment you step inside you are welcomed by friendly members of a well-organised team. A warm welcome, nothing seems to be too much trouble, all very professional. Nice decor, pleasant smells and very clean from front door to my family members room. The team moved around to suit the family's needs. The support staff must work very hard to maintain such standards of hygiene and safety for the residents. They go above and beyond to ensure each individual's needs are met, all delivered with kind words and a sense of humour when needed. They have a hairdresser on site, provide a chiropodist and most important the GP calls every week to ensure medical help if needed. To keep entertained an activities coordinator has a programme of activities! Forgot to say the catering staff do a wonderful job.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We always aim to deliver a high standard of care to all our residents, friends and families.
When my friend moved into the home he found it very difficult as he had lived on his own for a number of years. But with the help of the home staff, he settled very well with their support. He now enjoys taking part in the home's activities and going to Church. As a visitor, I have always found the staff very welcoming of me, with my friend's medical condition changing the home always makes changes to meet his requirements.
Thank you for your kind feedback. I am pleased you are happy with the service Nazareth delivers. We welcome any form of feedback.

When I ask her, she says that most of the staff are very kind, which is lovely to hear!
Would Nazareth House care home perhaps be able to arrange days out for residents, some care homes do, that is the only thing missing in my opinion, obviously for those that are able to go out and enjoy the experience!
