The home holds regular activities and encourages relatives to join in. The meals are of a decent quality and variety. Each resident gets a birthday cake and staff celebrate their special day.

I have been very impressed by the constant care and support received by my friend. The standards of the care staff are very high and they show respect and understanding. It is also impressive to experience the care and concern that is offered to friends and relatives. The general manager is a gifted creator of community and this is backed up by the resident religious community.

He has advanced Alzheimer's. Last month was his 69th birthday. Florence and her staff on the 3rd floor have consistently given a high service of care to my friend. They threw a party for his birthday, as they do every year. He has one-on-one care during the day. He is always immaculately clean, and seems calm, relaxed and as contented as he can be. He is well looked after both physically, and spiritually by the Community of sisters, and the chaplain, and is clearly loved, cared for, and respected by all the care and support staff. Whilst I wish my friend was not in the position he is in, Nazareth House is, without doubt, the very best place for him to be, and where, I know, he is receiving the best care possible. The manager of Nazareth House is outstanding and I have seen the excellent relationship she has with staff and residents alike. The reception staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful too

My dad, Alan, stayed at Nazareth for two weeks to provide his wife with two weeks respite. I was so impressed by the staff and the level of care that my dad received. The staff are kind, fun, attentive, loving and committed. The garden was beautiful and it was lovely to be able to pop in and out of the chapel. My dad was incredibly happy there and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the garden chatting away. There were plenty of activities throughout the week; a barbecue, singing, yoga and much more. My father has been a resident at the home for almost 10 years. We chose it because of its reputation for providing compassionate, person-centred care, and that has certainly been our experience.

My father is a stroke survivor with complex physical and communication needs, so caring for him requires patience, understanding and kindness. We are incredibly grateful for the support he has received over the years.

I would like to give a special thank you to Beauty and Ramona, and to the wonderful support team, including Mary, Anish, Jasminka and Lilly, whose compassion and dedication have made such a positive difference. I would also like to thank Jutta and the management team for their kindness and leadership.

Finally, my heartfelt thanks go to all the nurses, carers and support staff. Although I cannot mention everyone by name, your professionalism, warmth and care have meant a great deal to our family.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Nozareth House for over 12 years. The service & care provided by the carers & nurses are second to none. They all perform their duties with great care and attention.

Fantastic care from the staff here mum is in and out at the moment as she's reaching end of life mum will be 96 22/07 so it's understandable the way she is. The staff cannot do enough for us as a family and for mum they are exceptionally caring . I don't think we could have put mum into a better care home than Nazereth House Cardiff . The Staff in the offices and the cleaners plus the nursing staff . Overall fantastic service from all thank you all so very much. Suzanne

My mum has been in Nazerath house for coming up to two years we know that mum is coming to end of life she's coming up to 96 we cannot fault the staff here they have been fantastic we visit mum and we can stay as long as we like it's 24/7 visiting jhours so we can come and go all day and night. Mum has got to know all the staff and she loves everyone of them I personally would recommend anyone to come here to either see the home or have a family member to live here .

Well kept care home spacious rooms and facilities. Activities for all to take part. Staff friendly welcoming to caring for residents impressed all round amongst beautiful surroundings.

Very impressed with the care home. Friendly, clean, feel like being at home. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lots of activity going on ie singing, exercising, etc. The residents all look happy, content. I was well pleased to see the chapel. Thank you for caring all the residents, especially my brother-in-law Jose. Keep up the good work!

My mum has now been a resident of Nazareth House for one year. What a journey we have been on. The staff on the floor have always shown kindness and compassion to mum and to me, and we feel part of the "family". Have things been perfect? Not always- but there has always been a solution. Thank you for letting mum engage in activities even when she doesn't seem awake! Thank you for allowing me to be with mum and not her "carer" in her latter months.

My Aunt is currently a resident in the home and has been for 10 years. In all the years that I have been visiting I have always found from the moment that I arrive to the time that I leave that level of care and attention is always to the highest standards. It is obvious from the outset that all staff from reception to the management and all the carers have but one goal and that is to provide the most homely feeling throughout the building putting the needs of all the residents and their families at the forefront of everything that they do, treating everyone with dignity and affection catering for all of their needs, which enhances the quality of every visit.

Having to put your mother into the care of others is such an ordeal but Nazareth House has such a lovely warm feel about it, and it's obvious as soon as you enter the premises and speak with the staff that your loved one will receive the best possible care. I cannot rate Nazareth House highly enough.

I was doubtful and I felt very guilty putting my mum into residential care but it has surpassed all expectations and I truly have peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Always willing to update on Dad's health and wellbing. Dad has settled in well despite his very limited hearing, which he finds difficult. Management and administration staff always happy to assist with any on-site difficulties.

Her final two days were peaceful and prayerful. Just what she wanted.
