Fantastic care from the staff here mum is in and out at the moment as she's reaching end of life mum will be 96 22/07 so it's understandable the way she is. The staff cannot do enough for us as a family and for mum they are exceptionally caring . I don't think we could have put mum into a better care home than Nazereth House Cardiff . The Staff in the offices and the cleaners plus the nursing staff . Overall fantastic service from all thank you all so very much. Suzanne

My mum has been in Nazerath house for coming up to two years we know that mum is coming to end of life she's coming up to 96 we cannot fault the staff here they have been fantastic we visit mum and we can stay as long as we like it's 24/7 visiting jhours so we can come and go all day and night. Mum has got to know all the staff and she loves everyone of them I personally would recommend anyone to come here to either see the home or have a family member to live here .

I was doubtful and I felt very guilty putting my mum into residential care but it has surpassed all expectations and I truly have peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands.

My mum passed away peacefully this weekend after spending over two and a half years at Nazareth House. Mum had advanced dementia and needed full nursing care to meet her needs. As a family we feel blessed that she was part of the community here during this time and we are so thankful for the kind, compassionate, person centred care she received.

Mum was happy and content during her time at Nazareth House, she loved spending time in the large garden and taking part in the wide variety of activities that were organised. The staff are really friendly, considerate and treat the residents with dignity and respect. They got to know mum well during this time and as a family we felt a real bond with everyone. It was sad to say goodbye today because we felt so welcome and involved but we have many happy memories from mum's time here.

I would warmly recommend Nazareth House to anyone and want to express our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff team who make a real difference every day.

Overall the experience has been very positive. The staff are very friendly and work with the residents to ensure they are comfortable and get the most out of their home at Nazareth House. The activities are fun but also beneficial for wellbeing and exercise. It would be good to see more activities over a weekend but appreciated there are not so many staff on duty. Would be happy to recommend Nazareth House to others.

My wife is very content at Nazareth House and I can't imagine a better place for her, under the circumstances.

Caring staff who know my mum well. Any concerns are addressed. One nurse who was very abrupt and always on the computer has since left. Other nurses are conscientious and hard working. Relay concerns to the gp's.

My Aunt became a resident at Nazareth House recently and my wife and I are delighted with the care she is receiving. Our Aunt was really struggling to cope on her own at home and that challenge manifested itself in her increasing poor wellbeing She is so much happier now at Nazareth House. The wrap around care she receives is exemplary; the staff are caring, respectful and empathetic to her. Despite her challenges she has really embraced all that Nazareth House has to offer her My wife and I are thrilled our aunt is in receipt of great care and are grateful to all the staff there for their dedication towards her

The well cared for garden area is a tranquil oasis, giving us - and many others - a breath of fresh air in more ways than one!

Both my parents have been in Nazareth House for around 18 months. My Dad has vascular Dementia and my mum has Alzheimer's. The staff there are lovely and appear to genuinely enjoy their roles in Naz House. It was a bit of a struggle keeping my parents together but Teresa the Manager was very helpful and more than happy to accommodate my parents. They have a bedroom and sitting room, rooms next door to each other. They are both very happy in themselves and always look clean and tidy. I would recommend Naz House 100% and you can rest assured your parent or whoever it is going to Naz House will be properly cared for.

My mum has just become a full time resident at Nazareth House and my family could not be happier with the service we have received and the care my mum is getting. She is so settled and happy with the move. The care my sister and I have witnessed has been amazing and the staff have been so friendly and professional with all of us.

I also so pleased with the new app as I am not local and I love the daily updates and hope to see photos of events as I cannot visit often and this way I get a glimpse of mums new life.

Thank you again for making this hard transition so easy for us especially my mum. She has gone from being withdrawal and to being stimulated and engaged. I only have good things to say.

My friend is now in Nazareth House having suffered strokes which have medically caused him to be unable to walk and sleep a lot. I have found the care staff excellent when I have visited. I have offered tea and biscuits during the mornings but not meals. The home is clean and welcoming.

I have always found the staff at Nazareth House to be very kind and caring and willing to help out should any problems occur. The activities are always well attended and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves. The food is very good and varied. The kindness of the staff, the chapel, the lovely gardens and the grotto have all contributed to my brother being able to adjust to living in the care home after he had to leave his own home.

My mother has been a resident for more than two years. They have an 'open door' policy and I am able to visit at any time. Residents special needs are always taken into consideration and all residents I have seen are always treated with care and respect. The carers take extra care to include all residents in any activities taking place. The home is currently undertaking some decorating/rewiring etc. and every effort is made to avoid disruption to other residents and visitors.

I needed respite care after spending nearly eight weeks in hospital following a fall. Nazareth House gave me the best professional, expert and caring help I needed. Always there night and day and with a kind heart. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I always be grateful to Nazareth House.

The care provided by the home is excellent. Residents are treated with dignity, and it is a very friendly, happy environment. The food is excellent, and there is a choice for residents. Activities are well organised, including sports sessions and choir. If there are any concerns, these are dealt with immediately by the general manager. The home has beautiful gardens, and residents are encouraged to use them. Facilities and rooms are very clean, and there is a homely feeling about the house.
