My aunt stayed at Nazareth House for five months, and I cannot put into words how grateful our family is for the exceptional care she received during her time there.
From day one, every member of staff showed genuine kindness, patience, and respect. My aunt was treated with dignity at all times, and
it was clear that her comfort, wellbeing, and emotional needs truly mattered to everyone involved in her care.
All staff without exception, went above and beyond, not because they had to, but because they genuinely care. The environment was warm, calm, and reassuring, which gave our family enormous peace of mind during what could have been a very difficult period. Knowing she was safe, supported, and cared for with such compassion meant everything to us. We will always be deeply thankful to the entire team at Nazareth House for their dedication, humanity, and professionalism. Their care made a real difference to my aunt's life and to ours. I cannot recommend this care home high enough.

My uncle has been a resident at Nazareth House since July 2025, he Is happy there and has shown positive improvements in his health and nutrition, which speaks volumes about the quality of care and overall wellbeing he is receiving. The management team is always open, supportive, and willing to answer
any questions I may have, which gives great reassurance. The admissions team is consistently responsive and helpful with emails and communication.


The nursing staff are excellent and always keep me informed of any changes in my uncle's condition, which I truly appreciate. The kitchen and domestic staff all know my uncle personally, are very approachable, and treat him with kindness and respect. The activities team do a wonderful job of involving him in activities, helping him stay engaged and included.


Overall, I have peace of mind knowing that my uncle is in safe, caring, and professional hands. I am truly grateful to all the staff at Nazareth House for their dedication and compassion.

The care and kindness shown to my uncle during his time at Nazareth house meant more to our family than we can put into words. The staff were compassionate, patient, and treated him with genuine dignity and respect. It was clear he was not just a resident, but a person they truly cared about. He had

My brother was at this home for over a year. He was a Parkinson's patient with basic BSL skills as he deaf and unable to speak from birth. He was welcomed at the home sincerely and all the staff made every effort to learn to communicate with him and fulfilled his daily needs with care and comfort.
All the staff are very attentive, compassionate and the environment is very peaceful.
We will always remain grateful to the management and staff at Nazareth House for taking good care of our brother and always available to discuss any additional care with all the family.
Nazareth House management and staff encourage regular family/friend visits and participation in all special celebrations.
We were blessed to be able to get a place for our brother at Nazareth House.

My mum has been living at Nazareth House since Nov 2023, I can see she is well looked after, her weight has gone up and there is always smile on her face when I come round to check on her. I never hesitate to talk to the managers or staff if there is concern about my mum and they would discuss and give

My aunt came here 4 years ago after a family emergency and has been very well looked after ever since. The staff are kind and calm and I've only ever seen them appear gentle and compassionate to her needs. They engage with her and try to keep her moving & responsive. Management has improved since the
current general manager took over and she runs it very well and invests in upgrades for residents well being.

My mother has been a resident at Nazareth House for almost a year. She receives excellent care and is well looked after. All the staff are so caring and communication is very clear. She enjoys all the activities and the rooms and grounds are always clean. She also enjoys and finds comfort in the church

My mother has been in NH for just over a decade. She now needs 24hrs care. I am totally appreciative of the excellent care that she receives daily. She spends most of her time in the common room. The kindness. attentiveness + the skills of the staff are such a feature, as is the dignity which she is

It's now just two days before her friends say a final farewell to a remarkable lady. In her local area, her name was a byword for great conversation and intellectual curiosity.
Her last days were spent in the loving care of Nazareth House. There are no words to express the beauty of the compassion
she received from the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are peaceful. The entire establishment literally glows with Christian piety and simple humanity. Both are rare and precious.
Ignore the view from the street. Enter the gates and discover within an atmosphere of compassion; quiet efficiency and even fun. We should all be blessed to spend our final days and nights in the care of Nazareth House. Perhaps the greatest gift the staff provides to their patients, is calm reassurance. To visitors; it's a genuine welcome and instinctive understanding of the needs of individuals.

Choosing Nazareth House, Hammersmith was the best decision we could have made for our mother's final weeks. The care given to her was of the highest standards across the board. What was very special was the staff's ability to sense when Mum just wanted to have a chat and be reassured, even when they

My sister entered Nazareth House just after Easter 2024 as a resident with mobility needs. Early in October she was diagnosed with a terminal cancer. She passed away on October 26. During those six months her care needs progressed from assistance with mobility and bathing to full-scale palliative care.
The response of the staff to those changing needs was exemplary. Her care went beyond professional - it came from the heart. She died peacefully, supported by the prayers of the inspirational Sisters of Nazareth.

Nazareth House is a loving and caring environment which provides a familiar ambience for older residents. Staff are genuinely caring, responding to individual wants and needs. There is no smell of stale urine or cabbage. Residents are always clean and well presented even when visits are unannounced.
The reception and admin staff are helpful. Nurses and care staff are genuinely caring but honest. I feel that it is like a family in which I am included.
