My father has been a resident at the home for almost 10 years. We chose it because of its reputation for providing compassionate, person-centred care, and that has certainly been our experience.

My father is a stroke survivor with complex physical and communication needs, so caring for him requires patience, understanding and kindness. We are incredibly grateful for the support he has received over the years.

I would like to give a special thank you to Beauty and Ramona, and to the wonderful support team, including Mary, Anish, Jasminka and Lilly, whose compassion and dedication have made such a positive difference. I would also like to thank Jutta and the management team for their kindness and leadership.

Finally, my heartfelt thanks go to all the nurses, carers and support staff. Although I cannot mention everyone by name, your professionalism, warmth and care have meant a great deal to our family.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Nozareth House for over 12 years. The service & care provided by the carers & nurses are second to none. They all perform their duties with great care and attention.

My Aunt is currently a resident in the home and has been for 10 years. In all the years that I have been visiting I have always found from the moment that I arrive to the time that I leave that level of care and attention is always to the highest standards. It is obvious from the outset that all staff from reception to the management and all the carers have but one goal and that is to provide the most homely feeling throughout the building putting the needs of all the residents and their families at the forefront of everything that they do, treating everyone with dignity and affection catering for all of their needs, which enhances the quality of every visit.

All staff without exception, went above and beyond, not because they had to, but because they genuinely care. The environment was warm, calm, and reassuring, which gave our family enormous peace of mind during what could have been a very difficult period. Knowing she was safe, supported, and cared for with such compassion meant everything to us. We will always be deeply thankful to the entire team at Nazareth House for their dedication, humanity, and professionalism. Their care made a real difference to my aunt's life and to ours. I cannot recommend this care home high enough.

Overall, I have peace of mind knowing that my uncle is in safe, caring, and professional hands. I am truly grateful to all the staff at Nazareth House for their dedication and compassion.

The care and kindness shown to my uncle during his time at Nazareth house meant more to our family than we can put into words. The staff were compassionate, patient, and treated him with genuine dignity and respect. It was clear he was not just a resident, but a person they truly cared about. He had a relationship with each member of staff, and he was so fond of everyone. We are very grateful for the support and reassurance they gave both him and our family. From the moment of my arrival until my departure I was overwhelmed by the exceptional care and compassion of all the staff. The house is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Much is done to engage the long-term residents to keep them active in mind and body. The presence of a place of prayer - the Chapel - is a huge bonus; it's life and prayerful witness is at the heart of all that is done here. Being here is a wonderful experience - a true family atmosphere where all are welcomed and treasured.

My mum has been living at Nazareth House since Nov 2023, I can see she is well looked after, her weight has gone up and there is always smile on her face when I come round to check on her. I never hesitate to talk to the managers or staff if there is concern about my mum and they would discuss and give me enough info accordingly. V Patiently.

Nazareth House have been amazing looking after my 93 year old grandmother for respite care. Could not ask for more. My grandmother was apprehensive about going to Nazareth House but the staff made her feel welcome and she was looked after very well. This made our experience perfect and we are extremely grateful.

On the hole a very service and care I do not have any complaints.

My aunt came here 4 years ago after a family emergency and has been very well looked after ever since. The staff are kind and calm and I've only ever seen them appear gentle and compassionate to her needs. They engage with her and try to keep her moving & responsive. Management has improved since the current general manager took over and she runs it very well and invests in upgrades for residents well being.

I visited my sister and was amazed at the care given by all the staff. They made a lovely cake for my sister's birthday, and the nurses sang Happy Birthday to her. It was such a joyful experience for all.

My mother has been a resident at Nazareth House for almost a year. She receives excellent care and is well looked after. All the staff are so caring and communication is very clear. She enjoys all the activities and the rooms and grounds are always clean. She also enjoys and finds comfort in the church attached and the nuns are wonderful. I am very pleased my mother has found such a Lovely care home. Thank you to all the staff.

Absolutely first class care I have had a few friends in here over the past few years and the care and compassion is top notch.
