Nazareth House - Lancaster

The staff are lovely and my nanna is very happy here. Thank you very much for looking after her so well.

Halloween party the staff were lovely and helpful and had fireworks which were brilliant alright had lots of space and the food was really nice overall a very good night everyone was enjoying themselves

At a very difficult time for the family, our fears were laid to rest because of the great care my husband received. Nazareth Lancaster has a fab team led by a manager who generally treats people as individuals. My husband passed away recently, she really did make that more bearable. The manager and her team are a great asset to your company. The building could do with some TLC.

My mum is more happier and settled. They take very good care of my mum since coming into the home. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. I honestly cannot fault anything regarding the home and the care given to my mum.

So ok the interior needs money spending on it. My brother-in-law has been there about 10 months and has always been happy. The care received has been really good but it was in the last 5 days of his life that it really stepped up. His end of life care has been excellent. They have shown understanding, empathy, respect, dignity. Someone was at his bedside 24/7 in the last days (family that is) and they supplied food and drink and nothing was too much trouble for them. I coud keep gong on, just keep doing what you are doing, I commend you.

I can't thank the staff at Nazareth House enough for their ongoing work with my mum.

More important however, is the way the staff really care for the residents, all in all, a lovely atmosphere.

I would certainly recommend to others.

I visit my father often and always feel welcomed.

I feel my mum is in good hands, and the staff keep me updated between my biweekly visits if there are any concerns.

Overall Nazareth has exceeded our expectations in every way. It has given us peace of mind knowing that our relative is receiving the best possible care in a supportive and loving environment. I highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for a place where their family member will be treated with dignity and kindness.

My sisters and I were very pleased when Mum was given a place in Nazareth House Lancaster. Staff and management always go above and beyond for the residents. Mum receives great care and attention. Food is first class and entertainment and activities are great.

Mum was reluctant to give up independent living at the age of 99 but is loving her new home. The care she receives is 5 star. All staff are caring, patient and understanding of Mum's needs. Mum takes part in planned activities which keeps her mentally stimulated and loves the entertainment on offer. Mum has also put weight on thanks to the help of a very thoughtful catering team who tailor the menu to her tastes. Thank you all at Nazareth House for making Mum's palliative care as pleasant as possible.

I can't thank the home and the staff within it enough!

I am always pleased with the way staff interact with both myself and my mother, always a friendly smile and a little banter. Mum has on occasion complained about the food she receives but to be fare she has always been very picky about what she eats.

Within the home, my mother has settled well and feels safe and secure here.

Mum had to be placed into care and we couldn't have picked anywhere better. The management and staff were very supportive to Mum, who was finding settling in difficult. She now has friends and has started to join in with the activities. The nuns are always about and very happy to stand and chat.
