I can't thank the staff, carers and workers enough for caring for my aged aunt, showing her the utmost dignity and respect. Although she has since passed, during her final hours the attention she received during this period was excellent. A special thank you to Donna and her team.

Reply from Donna Conlon, Manager at Nazareth House - Glasgow

We are more grateful than we can say for the loving care shown to Morag over five years. The carers seemed to treat her as if she were a member of their own family and really see her for the lovely person she was. Every member of staff is extraordinarily friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Dad & I are enjoying ourselves at the summer party. This actually sums up all that Nazareth House is to us. It is a family - the staff never change - we know all their names I'm in NH most days I see everything - the hugs & wonderful care they give at all hours & to everyone. Thank you. Ok, now & again we fall out - like any family - but I feel free to say I'm happy that any problems I have are dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction.

My mother has been resident @ Nazareth House for 9 months. During this time care has exceeded expectations. Staff go above and beyond in delivery of care and keep family members well informed at all times. My mother's mental health has been maintained and there appears to be no deterioration. We are so grateful as a family. Thanks.

We came to visit my aunt (mum's sister). Every time we visited we were greeted with such kindness. The staff is wonderful, cheeky + so kind and made for such a comfort visit from Canada visited x3.

Numerous occasions mum called from Canada and two members of staff were great of transferring calls and or arranged for better times to reach her sister. Wonderful!

Between us, my sister and I visit my father several times a week. Over the last few years that dad has been in residence we have both been very impressed by the standard of care and the homeliness of the environment at Nazareth House. All of the staff are so helpful, considerate and caring to dad and to us. The genuine love and care for the residents is a joy to witness. If there has been any problems, they have been minor and were quickly resolved. Please pass on our thanks!
