I was so worried about having to put my mum in a home and looked at a lot of them and I definitely picked the right one. My mind is so at ease leaving her here as she is so settled and at home here. The staff are all amazing and it feels like a big family now. My mum is so well looked after and wants for nothing. Every member of staff from reception to carers to management are all amazing.

We as a family are very happy with our mum's care. She is well looked after and seems to enjoy being at Nazareth House. When we visit it is always spotlessly clean and staff are very attentive.

All staff at Nazareth House are warm and welcoming. I requested to come in and have a space to wear my wedding dress to get photographs with my Nana. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, they even made sure she had gotten her hair done beforehand to get beautiful pictures. I am forever grateful.

The staff have always been very helpful and understanding to me and my family and equally compassionate with my mother. Nothing appears to be a bother and a recent example of this was my mother's ninety-ninth birthday. The staff provided a room with pictures, balloons and prepared tables etc. to help make this a special occasion. The friends and distant family members who do not frequent Nazareth House were all very complimentary of the support we had on the day.

Excellent care home, very well run with great staff and management. The activity coordinators organise lots of activities for the residents. The rooms are very nice and are maintained and cleaned to a high standard. There are also lovely garden areas for the residents to use.

My brother is frail physically and mentally with complex needs. The care and love he receives at Nazareth House is exceptional; he is treated with respect and dignity with every effort made to maintain his individuality. Care staff are always at hand. They are consistently friendly, supportive to me as well as my brother and go out of their way to meet my brother's increasing needs. Nazareth House is a welcoming, warm and loving environment and it is reassuring to know my brother is receiving such a high level of care.

We are very happy with the care he is receiving. He has settled in very well after a few hiccups. The staff are friendly and the home is well kept. The little cafe is a welcoming and friendly meeting point. We have had concerns about items going missing but understand not much can be done about that.

My dad moved into Nazareth House in June 2022. He was very reluctant initially at the idea of moving into a care home. However, very quickly he settled in, in no small part due to the very kind and caring staff. Nothing is a problem for them and requests for help or assistance are resolved promptly. He likes the food (has put on weight!) and enjoys the interaction he has with all his carers. For me personally, everyone at Nazareth House knows my name and have made me very welcome!

My aunty recently moved into Nazareth House as she was no longer safe at home. The care she has been receiving is excellent and everyone has been so helpful in getting her settled. It has made such a change to me, as I now know she is being looked after properly and she is safe.

The staff here are great. They are all really friendly and care for my mum incredibly well. They are very proactive with any medical issues and each day there are different activities which they encourage the residents to enjoy. The facilities are great and it's not unusual for cleaners to be in and out of mums room more than once a day to clean and check her bathroom.

My nana is very happy at Nazareth House. She always talks about how nice the staff are and treats her well. She loves the food and activities and has made many friendships. Staff are supportive when she is unwell and ensure she is seen by doctors and lets family visit anytime they want - no matter what time. There is a feeling that all staff genuinely care for the residents and treat them like their own family.

Find the home very friendly and approachable. They have a great variety of food and activities. Residents are included in making decisions concerning their well-being.
Management is involved on a daily basis and knows all residents by their first names.

We are very happy with the care and attention given to my mother.

The standard of care my mother gets is second to none. The staff are caring from the management down. Being able to take my mother out in her wheelchair around the well-kept grounds is a tonic for her and myself. Can’t praise Nazareth House enough for everything they do for its residents.

My mother-in-law has been a resident here for several years. It’s a pleasure to visit; you are always warmly greeted by the receptionist. She is treated with care, dignity and respect. She was extremely well looked after when she was very ill. She was thankfully nursed back to full health. All of the staff are caring, warm, friendly and concerned when the need arises. The activities and entertainment are excellent. Residents' needs are well catered for. The menus are very varied. The standard of the food provided is very good. The opportunity for everyday mass is very welcomed too. She is very happy there. It really is home-from-home.

My mother passed away in late March 2023. She had been a resident at Nazareth House for about nine months. She was extremely happy in Nazareth House and was very well looked after during her time there. She never once complained and always had a good word to say for the staff and workers. We as a family, are very grateful for the care given to Mother in her final months. She passed away happy and comfortable. Thank you very much.

Following several falls and an infection, my Mum was no longer safe at home. I contacted Nazareth House asking for their help. From the onset, I felt the staff cared about Mum and her family and that we were listened to. On leaving hospital, Mum went to Nazareth House. The welcome we received was wonderful and everything possible was done to help Mum settle in. As a family, we will be forever grateful for the support. Thank you.

My siblings and I could not have been more delighted with everything about Nazareth House, indeed we could not have managed without every single one of them. It felt like the staff were hand-picked for their kindness and attention. My mum was so happy there.
