Having to put your mother into the care of others is such an ordeal but Nazareth House has such a lovely warm feel about it, and it's obvious as soon as you enter the premises and speak with the staff that your loved one will receive the best possible care. I cannot rate Nazareth House highly enough.
We are so happy that your experience has been a positive one and, most of all your Mum is happy and settled which I hope has given you all peace of mind.
The manager and all the staff were kind helpful and reassuring.
I am not local so it was important for me to have regular update which they provided. Nothing was too much trouble. Messages from us were relayed to my Aunt.
Her final two days were peaceful and prayerful. Just what she wanted.
Thank to to everyone involved.
I would not hesitate to recommend this home.

Thank you for your lovely review, I am so happy to hear the evening was enjoyed, we try hard as a team to make this time of year as special as we can and the Christmas pop up restaurants are a big part of that, ensuring all those in our care have the opportunity to have Christmas dinner with family is priceless thank you for your continued support
My mother passed away recently after spending five years of her life at Nazareth House. I can't express how grateful I am for the excellent care she received there. The team of staff are just wonderful, from the Manager to the Nurses to the Carers to the Kitchen staff, they are all so caring and treated my mum with such love and dignity. The palliative care at the end of her life was excellent, supported by loving pastoral care from the Nuns for my mum and our family. I can't recommend Nazareth House highly enough, it is 5 star.
Thank you for your kind comments, our team work hard to make sure that everyone who comes into Nazareth House has a positive experience and feel the warmth and love within our community, we will miss your visits but you will always be part of the Nazareth Family
My mother-in-law spent nearly 5 years at Nazareth House and the care she received was first class. It is a very clean, welcoming place, the staff do a fantastic job in looking after residents and visitors alike with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Compared to other care homes I have visited, this is top of the list. It is not an easy decision to choose where the people you love spend the last chapter of their life but Nazareth House gave us peace of mind and that was a blessing.
Thank you so much for your kind review, we are pleased that you have had such a good experience of our home and the care we provide, we will miss your family visits and hope we helped make what is a difficult experience more manageable for you all.

My aunt is well cared for. She is happy and settled. The food is well-balanced and varied. The entertainment and involvement with my aunt is very good. As next of kin, the staff do contact me if she is unwell and inform me of any changes to her care.
Thank you for your kind review of our home and that you are happy with the service you receive.
My mother has just had two weeks respite care and it has been a joyful experience to watch her enjoying every moment. The care and support she received is second to none all the staff are just wonderful and nothing is too much trouble.Mum didn't want to go any first as she felt she wouldn't fit in but within a day the difference in her was incredible she was socialising ,joking ,singing, joining in with everyone it was a joy to see her so happy and content.Their are not enough words to express what a wonderful job this care home does it's amazing I would 100% recommend this home to anyone considering care for their loved ones .Thank you Nazareth House from the bottom of my heart
Thank you so much for your kind review, I am so pleased that your experience was a positive one, the staff team work hard to make our house a home, your mum fully embraced daily activities and entertainment, and the change in her was visible. You are both now part of our Nazareth family if you need our services again please do not hesitate to contact us we would all love to see you both again
It is not a decision to make lightly when accepting that a family member will be safer in full time residential care. A recent diagnosis of late onset Dementia, with a rapid deterioration in all aspects of my mum's health meant that remaining in the family home (albeit with support from a care agency in the absence of family who all live over 100 miles away) was unsustainable and unsafe.
Mum entered Nazareth House in August, settling into a lovely airy room with furnishings from home and weekly family visits. The staff cared for her every need. I was consulted and kept informed daily over the phone in between visits. She received the best possible care, aware of her surroundings until dementia really took a grip.
Thank you so much for your very kind review, our team takes pride in the service we deliver here, it makes us all feel like we have achieved what we set out to do when we receive a review from the families of those we have supported, we hope you felt that warm arm around you, which we hope helped make a difficult time more bearable, you will always be part of our Nazareth family.
The care and compassion that she experienced was just exemplary, she was looked after in every way as if she was one of their own family and the respectful kindness of every single person who cared for her was outstanding. Nazareth House isn't just a care home, it's more like an extended family home where every person is respected and loved.
We will be forever grateful that we found such a wonderful home for our sisters last months and cannot recommend highly enough the commitment of everyone there to making sure that the residents feel loved, cared for and respected.
As a family we were welcomed so that it was a home from home for both my sister and our family.
Thank you to all.
Thank you so much for your very kind review, our team is overwhelmed by your kind words, we are all committed to making Nazareth House a warm and comfortable safe space full of love and it warms my heart to know you felt that is what we deliver, Your Sister was much loved here by the whole team and we express our sincere condolences to you and your family. We will miss your visits

Looking for a care home for a loved one is a stressful time. However, once we found Nazareth House, we knew that we had found the right home for our dad. From the initial look round with the general manager, to our regular visits to see our dad, all the staff are very welcoming and caring. Our dad has settled well into Nazareth House. He is beginning to join in with the activities programme on offer and enjoys the nutritious meals provided. We are very grateful to the hard-working staff for taking great care of our dad and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nazareth House.

Dad felt very welcomed and cared for at Nazareth House. Staff clearly see their role as a vocation rather than just a job. They helped family rest assured at the fantastic care Dad received. Can't recommend Nazareth House more highly. Superb.

My brother and I are deeply grateful for the wonderful care our mother received at Nazareth House during the last months of her life. The love and care of all the staff was exceptional at all times and this gave Mum a very dignified and peaceful time as he life came to an end. All the stff showed such care to my brother and me too which was so appreciated at a very sad time in our lives. We will always be grateful for you loving care. Huge thanks.
