Victoria House is a very well run establishment with superb staff and management. It is very clean.

My nan in law is always happy, and every time we come, she tells us about the activities she has been doing. The staff are always friendly and very helpful.

My dad came to Victoria House just over a yr ago, I have only hard good reviews from visitors hence our decision. The first initial wks were very hard, dad settling in and us as a family adapting. Staff were and always are ready to reassure. chat to us over dad's needs. Victoria House hold lots of
days for residents and always family, singers also attend which my dad loves and is encouraged by staff who also join in. Dad is very happy which is all we ask for forever grateful to all.

My nan really enjoys her time at VIctoria House. She loves the activities that are done each day. She has made some great friends. The staff are always friendly and happy to help.

My husband has been in Victoria House for a couple of months now and appears to have settled in well. The staff are really good with him considering his needs. The home is welcoming as soon as you walk in the front door as the foyer is decorated for events, or seasons of the year and has a picture
board of residents at different activities - both lovely touches. The idea of individual lounge areas is great. Lounge, dining area and kitchen all in one room with tv, wall art, curtains etc which makes it very homely. The staff all get on well and are very friendly, helpful and caring of the residents needs. The food is excellent and all home cooked! There are activities on most days and sometimes there are singers which the residents really enjoy. Recently there was a 'pub night' with take away fish 'n' chips, bingo and darts. Very well organised and enjoyed by all. I am so pleased that I pushed for Victoria House to be my husband's new 'Home'. He is very well looked after. Thank you.

Sandra settled in quite quickly and soon began to make friends. Though Sandra is usually easy going the staff at Victoria House also made her stay here pleasant and welcoming. She says that she is happy and has no problems. I notice as to how well the staff seem to get on with each other and this
will contribute to a relaxed and happy atmosphere, also that quite a number of staff have many years service again showing this is a good place to be. Thank you Victoria House for looking after my wife for her short stay here.

My mum has lived at Victoria House for the last 6 years and really enjoys the facilities, staff, care and food. I always find the staff helpful when I visit and I would highly recommend Victoria House.

My husband moved into Victoria House in April this year. He has alzheimers and it took him a while to settle. The staff were all so caring and patient with him during this period. He is settled and so happy now. All the staff are so amazing and friendly, not just to my husband but all the family and
friends that visit. My family are so pleased we found a home so caring as Victoria House.

Over many years we have visited many care home visiting relatives and friends, but I have to say. I have never seen one so friendly and welcoming as Victoria House. The staff are so welcoming and make you feel at home. Also, I have never come across a place that has so many activities or
entertainment going on consistently. It is clean and residents look well cared for.

Victoria House is preeminent. With an excellent track record, is without doubt the most convivial care home in Northampton and the surrounding areas. Staff are loyal and dedicated. The atmosphere is erudite, and the staff are welcoming. Their efforts permeate every corner of Victoria House, ensuring
the excellence is not nearly an expectation but a defining characteristic.

Since Mum moved into Victoria House, we have seen a real improvement in her mental and physical wellbeing.
She really enjoys spending time with the other residents and taking part in the activities on offer.
We are so pleased that Mum is receiving such excellent care.

My Mum has lived at Victoria House since July 2024 and it was her first Christmas there. All the staff are amazing and involved her in the festivities, putting on a lovely Christmas dinner on the day.
Since my Mum moved to Victoria House the staff always make her and us as a family feel very
included.

My wife and I have been in the home since 23.02.2024. We have found everything satisfactory. Cares are always very helpful, and food is always a good choice and always satisfactory. Medication is always on time. Laundry is always on time. Visitors are always made welcome. Activities are always
plenty on. A very good hairdresser. Management is always ready to listen.

Mum has lived at Victoria House since March of this year. We have noticed a marked improvement in her mobility and it is great that she is able to socialise with her new friends.
The staff at Victoria House are caring, kind and professional whilst maintaining a sense of humour - this is certainly
appreciated by my mum and her friends.
As a family, we are always welcomed by staff and residents and it was lovely to be able to celebrate Mum's birthday with everyone recently.
It is brilliant to know that Mum is safe and well cared for every day (and night).

I've been here 7 months and the staff are very friendly and caring. If they can help they will. The staff work very hard on different units, they organise different activities every week. Staff very good. Can't do enough for you. Overall the home is very clean, the staff in the kitchen work hard.
The manager makes a difference. Really good and caring.

When looking for a home for Mum and Dad, Victoria House stood out for me. As soon as I walked in I felt at complete ease. The staff allowed Mum's visits to look at the rooms and building before deciding as well as multiple, continuous questions. It is home from home for my parents. They have settled
in so quickly and I know they are receiving 24-hour, quality care which gives me total peace of mind. They always comment on the good food, the friendly, caring staff and I can see how well they both look. All the staff are amazing and this is their job but you can see how much they care.
