Our Uncle has been a resident here for nearly 5 years now. The staff are all amazing with him & support his needs extremely well. They are all helpful & friendly when we call or visit. Dovetail always feels very homely with fun & relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent care is given with dignity and respect shown to the resident at all times, the staff are fabulous with the family, also giving regular updates of any problems or even when the resident is having good days. I would fully recommend Dove Tail Care Home. Excellent service.

I've always found everyone to be polite and courteous whenever I have had to phone up or visit Dove Tail. They usually keep us informed of everything that is going on concerning my sister, which pleases us all as a family. My sister is settled there and happy.
