Outstanding throughout. Having experienced another (apparently) great care home this is by far superior. The staff have made my mother's time here fantastic. She is a different woman. The manager runs a tight ship. Professional and highly personable. Just superior

Bramwell Care Home is a very welcoming place, the staff are very caring and friendly. They treat all the residents with dignity and always seem to be organising events, or receiving visitors to entertain everybody. The rooms are a very high standard and very clean, with excellent food at meal times, and there are plenty of other tea rooms, gardens etc when visiting. Overall the staff are excellent and we are reassured that my father-in-law is in the best hands, safe and well looked after.

We moved my father who has dementia into Bramwell Care Home on May 2nd. From the first day the staff + management made him feel so welcome, the room is beautifully clean with lovely furniture. The staff are so nice & friendly and caring. We like the fact that the staff are from different cultures & backgrounds. The food looks so nice and nutritious, theres always refreshments available too. My father is happy and we as a family are extremely happy that he is being cared for in a secure & safe home. There are daily activities, trips on a bus which are very well organized. Thank you for giving our family peace of mind, and the support we are so grateful.

All staff are very friendly, the whole place is very clean & tidy. The little cafe area aid my father-in-law are very nice to sit in when visiting. There's ample parking spaces. The site is secure for residents and visitors. There are trips out for the residents.

Staff are always welcoming and open to discuss any issues with dads health and activities etc. They have a good connection with dad even at difficult times. The home has plenty of staff and is very clean. The garden area is exceptional. The cafe is where we go for family time.

Bramwell is a very presentable and welcoming care home. All staff are caring and show attention to the residences at all times if required. I highly recommend this care home which always gives care and comfort.

Mum has been at Bramwell for almost 5 years. During that time she has been very well cared for. The staff are hard-working, supportive and caring and are always approachable. There is a great deal of thought put into activities, to keep residents active and involved. I am so pleased I found this care home and would recommend it with no hesitation.

Both my husband and I feel very welcome when we visit. All of the staff are very friendly and will stop to say hello. My mother-in-law is very well looked after and cared for. Thank you for all that you do.

Staff are so kind and considerate both to the residents and visitors, it's a really special place. I feel my father is in real caring hands and feel very reassured as a result.

Good experience, the home is very well run, clean, tidy and welcoming, the staff are exceptional always friendly and take time to speak to you. I feel happy and take comfort in the fact that, I know my dad is being well cared for, so pleased I chose Bramwell.

Always met with friendly and attentive staff. Mum is very well looked after and the home is spotless and beautifully kept. We are happy that Mum is safe and the staff are absolutely fantastic! Staff are always close by. You are all amazing! Thank you!

We are so impressed with Bramwell Care Home. From the first visit to look around we found all the staff to be so friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to make my father and our family to feel 'at home'. The home and the garden is so beautiful, spotlessly clean, modern and there is such a relaxing atmosphere. But it is the staff that make this home exceptional. Each and every one of them goes above what is expected of them and makes this home so special.

I can't say what a great place Bramwell is; words don't do it justice. The staff, the manager are so kind and thoughtful. The difference in my husband is wonderful. He smiles, laughs, and mixes in which he never did at home, although I took him out 3-4 times a week. 10 stars.

My father went into Bramwell in December 2024. He is well looked after and enjoys the wholesome meals. When visiting the carers are welcoming and provide refreshments which is nice. My father has a quiet area where he has full use of a tv and is quite happy.
