Bramwell Care Home is a very welcoming place, the staff are very caring and friendly. They treat all the residents with dignity and always seem to be organising events, or receiving visitors to entertain everybody. The rooms are a very high standard and very clean, with excellent food at meal times,
and there are plenty of other tea rooms, gardens etc when visiting. Overall the staff are excellent and we are reassured that my father-in-law is in the best hands, safe and well looked after.

We moved my father who has dementia into Bramwell Care Home on May 2nd. From the first day the staff + management made him feel so welcome, the room is beautifully clean with lovely furniture. The staff are so nice & friendly and caring. We like the fact that the staff are from different cultures &
backgrounds. The food looks so nice and nutritious, theres always refreshments available too. My father is happy and we as a family are extremely happy that he is being cared for in a secure & safe home. There are daily activities, trips on a bus which are very well organized.

All staff are very friendly, the whole place is very clean & tidy. The little cafe area aid my father-in-law are very nice to sit in when visiting. There's ample parking spaces. The site is secure for residents and visitors. There are trips out for the residents.

Staff are always welcoming and open to discuss any issues with dads health and activities etc. They have a good connection with dad even at difficult times. The home has plenty of staff and is very clean. The garden area is exceptional. The cafe is where we go for family time.

We are so impressed with Bramwell Care Home. From the first visit to look around we found all the staff to be so friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to make my father and our family to feel 'at home'. I can't say what a great place Bramwell is; words don't do it justice. The staff, the manager are so kind and thoughtful. The difference in my husband is wonderful. He smiles, laughs, and mixes in which he never did at home, although I took him out 3-4 times a week.

I'm Kat. I have been a Receptionist at Bramwell for the past 6 months, and I truly enjoy being part of this close-knit and supportive team. I feel incredibly productive and appreciated in my role, and I’ve quickly become familiar with the home’s daily operations. What I love most about working at Bramwell is the sense of family—getting to know both the residents and their families has been a rewarding experience. I'm proud to be part of such a successful and well-managed home, where we all work together to provide the best care.


I also have a background in archery, where I used to compete. My passion for history is reflected in my studies of medieval and Russian history, and when I’m unwinding, you’ll often find me playing the guitar or diving into a game of Skyrim.
