What I love most about working at Bramwell is the sense of family—getting to know both the residents and their families has been a rewarding experience. I'm proud to be part of such a successful and well-managed home, where we all work together to provide the best care.
I also have a background in archery, where I used to compete. My passion for history is reflected in my studies of medieval and Russian history, and when I’m unwinding, you’ll often find me playing the guitar or diving into a game of Skyrim.

I enjoy pushing myself to grow and learn more, and the strong teamwork around me helps me achieve my goals.
I like to keep the atmosphere light-hearted, often joking with the team—though sometimes I end up in a little bit of trouble for it! Outside of work, I enjoy reading books, exploring new experiences, and spending quality time playing with my son.

As a Dementia Champion, I have been able to lead initiatives that focus on improving care and supporting residents. My name is Chacko, and I am the Home Administrator at Bramwell. I have been with the company for 2 years. I hold two postgraduate degrees from different universities. As a child, I always imagined myself becoming an army officer.
