Pleasant and welcoming reception area. Clean tidy corridors. Staff always accessible when help is needed. Plenty of well organised outings and activities for residents. Caring and patient and welcoming staff, always prepared to make guests welcome. A very safe warm and caring environment.

The care that my mum received at Bramwell Care Home was absolutely wonderful. All of the staff are so kind, thoughtful and professional and the culture is all about respect and dignity but also fun! Mum thrived when she was at Bramwell and it was so reassuring to know that she was so well looked after
by people who are so kind and professional.

My vies of care homes has changed, Bramwell Care Home, in my opinion, is above excellent. The staff go above and beyond their care of residents. The residents' rooms and lounges are furnished beautifully. The residents I have seen all seem to be very happy and very well cared for.

Mum checked into the wonderful Bramwell Care Home on August 30th. As a family, we are incredibly impressed by the care and surroundings.
Mum is taking a while to settle however we are comfortable she will in time!

Excellent care given to our mum. We were welcomed as a family when Mum began her dementia journey and supported throughout.
Two years on, Mum sadly passed away but we were confident she had happy days in Bramwell Care Home and was well cared for.

The open day or summer fair was absolutely fantastic, the staff and management were brilliant with the clients and the atmosphere was electric - it felt that they were all one family. Nothin is too much trouble and the home is spotlessly clean. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and have never
seen out mother looking so happy.

The most amazing, caring staff who are always smiling and making sure my grandad has the best possible care.
As soon as I walked in and met the staff I knew this was the place for my grandad to stay to feel safe and comfortable.

My father has been at Bramwell for a year, and in that year, my experience of the home is excellent. The staff are very professional, caring, kind and well trained. His room is like home from home, and I feel very confident that he is receiving very good care and support. My father is always engaged

I felt that my aunt is well cared for. She is always well-dressed and groomed nicely. There appears to be good food available and well presented. I'm Kat. I have been a Receptionist at Bramwell for the past 6 months, and I truly enjoy being part of this close-knit and supportive team. I feel incredibly productive and appreciated in my role, and I’ve quickly become familiar with the home’s daily operations. What I love most about working at Bramwell is the sense of family—getting to know both the residents and their families has been a rewarding experience. I'm proud to be part of such a successful and well-managed home, where we all work together to provide the best care.


I also have a background in archery, where I used to compete. My passion for history is reflected in my studies of medieval and Russian history, and when I’m unwinding, you’ll often find me playing the guitar or diving into a game of Skyrim.

Starting my career as a care assistant, I quickly gained the trust and belief of my manager, which led to my promotion to Senior Care Team Leader. In my role, I assist with the day-to-day running of the home, and I thrive on the challenge and responsibility that come with it. I enjoy pushing myself to grow and learn more, and the strong teamwork around me helps me achieve my goals.


I like to keep the atmosphere light-hearted, often joking with the team—though sometimes I end up in a little bit of trouble for it! Outside of work, I enjoy reading books, exploring new experiences, and spending quality time playing with my son.

I am Efa, and I have been serving as a Care Team Leader for the past 1 year and 8 months. My role has been both challenging and rewarding, providing me with opportunities to grow in character, decision-making, and in my interactions with staff, families, and others. I am passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives, and I take pride in my work.


As a Dementia Champion, I have been able to lead initiatives that focus on improving care and supporting residents. I am especially proud of achieving the Excellence in Residence Experiences 2024 award, which highlights the impact of our work. However, I do feel disappointed at times when I fail to execute as well as I’d like, but I use it as motivation to improve.

Building relationships with the residents and their families is something I truly value, and I’m committed to keeping the home safe, clean, and well-maintained.


Outside of work, I’m an enthusiast of bike rides, motorbikes, and fancy cars—always enjoying the thrill and freedom they bring.
