I'm Kat. I have been a Receptionist at Bramwell for the past 6 months, and I truly enjoy being part of this close-knit and supportive team. I feel incredibly productive and appreciated in my role, and I’ve quickly become familiar with the home’s daily operations. What I love most about working at Bramwell is the sense of family—getting to know both the residents and their families has been a rewarding experience. I am Efa, and I have been serving as a Care Team Leader for the past 1 year and 8 months. My role has been both challenging and rewarding, providing me with opportunities to grow in character, decision-making, and in my interactions with staff, families, and others. As a Dementia Champion, I have been able to lead initiatives that focus on improving care and supporting residents. I am especially proud of achieving the Excellence in Residence Experiences 2024 award, which highlights the impact of our work.
