View Full Details of St Saviours Care HomeOur father moved into St Saviours in September 2024 and from the moment he arrived, he was treated with kindness, dignity and compassion. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and valued and it gave us great comfort to know he was in such safe and caring hands. The staff were not only professional but also genuinely warm and supportive, always taking the time to listen and ensure both our father and our family were cared for. The dedication, patience, and respect shown during his time there will never be forgotten. Thank you to everyone at St Saviours- you made a difficult time so much easier with your excellent care and compassion.
My mother is now in her second year at St. Saviours. After an illness which took away her ability to walk, I chose to bring to a local care home. It is a decision I have never regretted. She enjoys good food, a clean, comfortable room and a level of care which is delivered with respect and dedication. Communication with management and care staff is excellent, particularly when unexpected health issues occur. If my mum has a problem, staff always keep me up-to -date with a phone call. They make family feel appreciated which is important to me. Early this year, management and staff celebrated her 100th birthday with her and arranged for her to enjoy a party with her family and friends. Mum has everything she needs at St Saviours. She herself values her care and is very happy. A big thank you to everyone.
Mum was a resident for 6yrs & as a family we were satisfied with her overall care. In mum's final months she was treated with the upmost respect. Her illness was identified quickly & referrals to the relevant experts was made promptly & we were kept updated. Mum would have wanted to pass away in the care of the people she knew & recognised. All staff from management down didn't fail to live upto expectations. The staff went above & beyond to make sure mum was comfortable at all times. Mum received 5* attention & care. We are eternally grateful to everyone at St. Saviours Care Home.
The carehome is very clean, good food. Staff are friendly and very helpful. My mum was in there for 5yrs until she passed away recently. She had a lovely room overlooking the inner garden which is totally secure. Staff made my mum welcome and would always help her if she needed it. I would like to thank the management and staff for looking after her. Would highly recommend this carehome. Thank you so much.
I find all staff very friendly and accomadating. They bend over backwards to help if you have any issues and cannot fault any of the staff at all . The care is second to none even the kitchen staff are very helpful when my dad doesn't want whats offered there's always an alternative for him .
Mum took a while to settle in, She'd been move twice. She's not too keen of the food choices, however, I don't think she knows what she like anymore, so isn't easy to please. Mum had gained a little weight since arriving, so must be eating well enough. Staff have told me they like mum, she's a character & makes them smile.
Mum gets excellent care, with staff responsive to her needs. They are on the ball when noticing Mum is out of sorts and quickly pick up on infections etc. The staff seem to remain the same and have got to know her well. Mum is happy and settled in St Saviours.
