Mum was a resident for 6yrs & as a family we were satisfied with her overall care. In mum's final months she was treated with the upmost respect. Her illness was identified quickly & referrals to the relevant experts was made promptly & we were kept updated. Mum would have wanted to pass away in the care of the people she knew & recognised. All staff from management down didn't fail to live upto expectations. The staff went above & beyond to make sure mum was comfortable at all times. Mum received 5* attention & care. I find all staff very friendly and accomadating. They bend over backwards to help if you have any issues and cannot fault any of the staff at all . The care is second to none even the kitchen staff are very helpful when my dad doesn't want whats offered there's always an alternative for him .
