We are very happy with my mums care, the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful.

My mum has been at Laburnum House for over 7 years her carers have always been absolutely outstanding. I am so relaxed knowing my mum, who has advanced dementia, is being so well cared for. I highly recommend Laburnum and can not speak highly enough for all her care. All the staff go above and
beyond on a daily basis. 10/10.

Laburnum House is a very welcoming environment. The staff are professional, kind, patient and have a sense of humour. They treat residents with respect e.g. ensuring curtains are drawn when getting changed etc, that guests are not in the general main room for meal times etc. They try to give homely
touches to residents rooms. At a recent BBQ it was great to see a real range of guests including children and animals. It was nice to see families of the staff. You feel that they all genuinely like and get along well with each other. They have treated our parents with kindness and dignity.

Both myself and my husband have always found everyone to be very caring and have always treated my mother-in-law with dignity.
Cannot think of a better care home that she could be in, she is in the best place.

Extremely welcomed by all staff who have a lovely, friendly and caring nature. They each take time and have patience with every resident. They all work hard as a team and are always polite. Every request made is dealt with. The home is always clean, and the maintenance staff work hard. Residents are
encouraged to participate in activities but are also allowed 'quiet' time if preferred.

My husband and myself are extremely happy with the care and respect extended to my mother-in-law. She is happy and contented as her condition allows and is receptive to all the staff who are caring, cheerful and very approachable when we have needed to know anything. Laburnum House is always clean
and tidy and well set out when we visit.

My mum is happy in Laburnum House and enjoys watching things happening around her, taking an interested. She says she feels safe and secure where she now lives.

My nan has been at Laburnum house for 12 weeks, we cannot fault the care she has received or the communication us as a family receive, She has settled amazingly thanks to the patience and dedication.

My mum has been at Laburnum House for 6 months she has received excellent care while being here, nothing is too much trouble. Friendly and approachable management and staff. All care issues have been discussed promptly with the family. All questions are answered with knowledge and sympathy. I would
recommend this care home to family and friends.

My mother has now been here 5 months. We have visited at least four times a week and have always been extremely satisfied with the care she is receiving and the dedication of the staff to their roles. We have experience of care home with other relatives and this is the best by far.

My aunt is extremely well looked after, reassured if something frightens her, always looks clean, enjoys small portions of the food given. She was settled and well supported over Easter when family could not visit.

This is a great care home. Everybody is kind and very caring. Dad loves it, he also likes the food and staff very much, and we as a family are very happy for him to be here.

I visited my friend late last month and I must say what a wonderful home. It is very clean, the residents were all socialising in the main events room and the carers were all present which was reassuring. She throughly enjoys living there and has never had a problem with any aspect of the home. I
stayed until dinner time and the food smelt and looked delicious. The carers escorted everyone to the dining tables and served all the people who lived there together.

I cannot praise this care home enough I have been visited a friend twice now and bringing her lifelong friend too visit. The staff cannot do enough to make us feel welcome and offering beverages. The home is friendly atmosphere and spotless clean. I feel so home from home here and my only regret is
that I didn't know about this home when my late mother needed care. Excellent care home.

Residents all are looked after and seem happy. Staff really helpful and attentive and are very welcoming and are great with the residents.
