Mum has lived at Middleton Hall Care home for over 5 years now. I have nothing but praise for the care home. The carers are dedicated, friendly and extremely hard-working. The home is always spotlessly clean and the food is excellent. Each day there are various activities going on which the
residents can take part in. Staff work tirelessly to make sure that residents are well cared for. Families are always made welcome and the home holds lots of events which encourage families to visit and take part with their loved ones. Thank you to everyone at Middleton Hall for looking after my mum.

We have found that the Middleton Hall Care Home to be caring, clean and well run.the staff are always helpful.

The staff are so friendly and patient, my dad moved here as he was unhappy in his previous care home, since he moved here he's been happier and socialises a lot more with other residents. He feels more comfortable and he gets on with all the staff, who go above and beyond to make sure all residents
feel at home.

Mum has been in Middleton care home for approximately 18 months. She is happy and well cared for and we couldn't ask for anything else. The staff are all fantastic care givers and there is always something taking place to keep everyone entertained. To know that mum is so well cared for is a
massive relief for all the family.

There is a very homely feel, staff are all very friendly. There's always music playing and regular invites to events, being singers, craft fairs, afternoon tea etc. Also, quizzes and bingo. The care home is very clean and always smells nice. The food is very good too. When there's a buffet or
special event, family and friends are always welcome to join in. I think it is excellent.

My mum has been a resident at the home for approximately a year. During this time my mum has been well cared for. The home is clean and tidy at all times. The staff are friendly, caring and supportive to all. The kitchen staff provide nutritious meals and cater for activity days/fundraising days. My
mum's favourite time is when the hairdresser attends and she has her hair done. Thank you to all staff for providing a safe, comfortable, clean and happy space.

Middleton Hall Care Home well what can I say fabulous care staff who go above and beyond for every resident. The home is very clean, a friendly atmosphere, would highly recommend Middleton Hall Care Home. The staff show compassion towards residents respect their privacy and dignity towards
residents. There is always something going on and entertainers regularly. You wouldn't find a more caring team than the staff at Middleton Hall. Thanks to all staff keep up the good work you are doing.

My father has been in Middleton care, for just a year and throughout this time has been shown constant care and adapting as his needs change.
The staff continues to update me and my siblings on his needs and contact us if any worries.
Staff always seem cheerful even when challenges arise and
continue to develop new ideas and interactions.

In my experience, Middleton Hall is a lovely care home. They get to know their residents and provide excellent care. The home is always welcoming and clean. The staff are amazing always taking the time to talk to both residents and visitors they are caring and always have a smile. The management
are very professional and keeps you up to date. I'd definitely recommend Middleton Hall.

We honestly could not have picked a better home for Mum. Putting a loved one into care is not easy but everyone at the home has welcomed Mum with open arms and she's thriving in their care.
The staff are true professionals and genuinely care about the residents, and us as relatives.
We can't
thank you enough for the job you all do and the incredible piece of mind me and my sister have knowing that our lovely mum is in such brilliant caring hands.

Middleton Hall Care home is so friendly, all the staff are always smiling and welcoming. My mum has been in the home for 13 years and has always been well looked after and treated like a family member. Any issues are dealt with immediately, especially regarding health. Mum has always been happy here
and I would not want her anywhere else. Since Horizon has taken over all the rooms have been decorated meaning it is even more homely.

My lovely mum spent the last 6 months of her life here and we couldn't have wished for better care for her, my sisters and I came in every day to see Mum and there were never any problems. The staff really do go above and beyond to ensure that the residents are happy and well cared for.

My mum came here for respite and ended up moving here, what a lovely place the staff are great they are so hard-working, and they are fantastic with my mum who thinks the world of them. They always have something on to entertain the residents and have great fundraisers to raise money so they can
take the residents on days out. Highly recommended.

Both my parents lived at Middleton Hall for over twelve months and all the staff ensured they were happy, healthy and well cared for.
My parents considered the staff as family and I always knew my parents were happy and safe in Middleton Hall.
To all the staff at Middleton Hall, thank you for
all your kind care and friendship. You all made the last year of my parent's life happy, fulfilling and safe.

Well, what can we say? This is the best care home I’ve experienced! Spotless, fresh and clean. Amazing, caring, loving, professional, friendly staff and manager! The way they’ve looked after my aunt as though she was one of their own family. Open door policy. The manager is available without having
to make an appointment. I never saw a member of staff without a smile on their face! Great, happy atmosphere throughout. As a family, we would like to send a million thanks.

I enjoyed very much, staff very friendly and helpful. The staff took me for a lovely walk in a wheelchair, which was great as I'm unable to walk very far, especially in the heat. It was much appreciated.

My Dad has been at Middleton Hall almost six months now. He has Alzheimer's. The staff were very reassuring and understanding of Dad’s condition and it really helped to settle him in when he first joined them. He is now generally happy and settled and the staff work hard and use their experienced
skills of his condition to keep him in this frame of mind. There always seems to be lots going on at the home - many activities and themed / fun days keep each person entertained and included. I live far away and find their fairly regular posts on Facebook really great to get a window of what’s been happening. When I visited recently, the staff were all so warm and welcoming and I can see why Dad is settled here - the atmosphere is friendly and warm and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you are needing to find residential care for a loved one.

I thought I would update my review from 12 months ago when Mum went into Middleton Hall. If I could give the home and staff more than 5 stars I would. I firmly believe that if Mum hadn’t been at Middleton Hall, she wouldn’t be here now with the way her health was deteriorating. She’s happy, always
clean and well cared for, every member of staff is a credit to the home, nothing is too much trouble and now I’ve got to know them, I feel like I’m going into a family home and not a care home. I’m now allowed to do some volunteering and it’s an absolute pleasure getting to know the residents, painting some of the ladies' nails, and generally having a chat and a laugh with those that are able. I really enjoy my time helping out and the staff are always so appreciative. Our family regularly says we can’t believe how lucky we were to find Middleton Hall just when we needed it most.

The management and staff are A1, nothing is too much trouble. It is good to see students having an insight into care home work. It takes someone special to be a carer and Middleton Hall Care Home have quality carers. It must be hard for management to keep quality carers but management are doing so
well. When you have someone special to you in a care home you are looking for any faults. I must say everyone is treated the same no favourites. Thank you all at Middleton Hall.

Since becoming involved with Middleton Hall in September 2022, the staff there have been amazing. They always make all of us feel at home when we visit and call in to chat with us.
Although we obviously would rather my dad be at home, we feel happy that he is in a safe, caring environment. The
food is great and the meal experiences, where the family can get together are a lovely idea.

Middleton Hall Care home is so friendly, all the staff are always smiling and welcoming.
