My sister in law has been a resident at Bryn Haven for three years. All the staff are excellent. The premises are always spotless and the level of care is excellent. My wife and I have visited many care homes as church ministers, and this is the only one where we have never smelled urine or other
odours. My sister in law is always clean and tidy for which we are very grateful. Thank you all at Bryn Haven.

Barbara is looked after really well. The staff are lovely and caring. Nothing too much for them. The entertainment is exellant. Barbara is always clean and well dressed. She has been in Bryn Haven for three years now and has been happy the whole time.

The overall value of the home is good. Pressures cause issue for staff. Meal etc are prepared well and resident are given a choice daily with fresh soup, not all pre-prepared. The activity programme is good with numerous singers, keep fit, painting etc for residents. Overall a good place for your
loved one.

Very happy with the care my Dad recieves. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and my Dad seems settled and well looked after.
Jo & Rosie will always try to arrange video calls with Dad if I can't get over to the home.
Thank you all at Bryn Haven for everything you do for Dad.

From the first moment Dad arrived at Bryn Haven, He was made welcome and treated with dignity and respect. All the staff are wonderful and always upbeat and kind. It's such a relief to know Dad is well cared for and Happy. and all his needs are being met.

Bryn Haven have looked after my beloved auntie for quite a few years now all have cared for her with compassion, dignity and been supportive to our family
She has been on wonderful trips out which she enjoyed very much and they have cared with laughter and fun which she loved.

We have been amazed at how many Xmas & New year activities they have put on over this period and how we were encouraged to attend & participate. We have been able to make some more memorable memories with our mum as a family.
It was wonderful to see smiles on all staff & residents & our faces.

Bryn Haven is a warm, caring and friendly home that is 100% focused on the needs of the residents.
The home is well managed and the staff are happy, caring, very approachable and all treat the residents with dignity.The home is clean, food excellent and the activities and entertainment are
outstanding, everyone is focused on making the residents happy and contented.
My mum has settled in well to life at the home and as a family we have peace of mind that she is well looked after and safe.

My mum seems so content and relaxed in the home ...staff always great her with a smile and address her when speaking to mum.I always feel happy when I come to visit and mums hair is done and shes wearing a lovely clean and fresh outfit. Mum's room is always warm and clean with fresh bedding. All
these little things mean so much. I can't thank the staff enough for keeping mum safe.

Dad suffered with dementia and was a resident at Bryn Haven for eight years. Over that time he was looked after with the greatest of respect and care.
The staff are amazing, I cannot thank them enough for their support with Dad. He was lucky to have found such a lovely environment for his last
years.
We will always be thankful to the staff at Bryn Haven.

My mum came to Bryn Haven for respite but needed to be placed permanently. All staff care for the residents to the highest standard. Nothing is too much trouble. It's a calm environment, all incidents dealt with sufficiently, timing allowed. Residents are clean. Rooms and surrounding areas modern,
clean and homely.

My father is well looked after at Bryn Haven he is able to express his needs himself and staff respond appropriately, he is treated with dignity. My father expresses that he feels safe at Bryn Haven. Any issues that arise are dealt with quickly & professionally. Staff are kind and attentive to
residents needs.
The care given by Bryn Haven staff gives me peace of mind.

Very good care home, staff are very professional and keep you informed. Care plans are updated and checked. Stable staffing environment provides comfort for residents that have complex needs and requirements.

Our gratitude for the manager and the Bryn Haven team is immense. Before discovering this incredible place, my father's previous care home experience was distressing, with lapses leading to falls and hospitalisation. Finding a new, trustworthy home felt daunting, but Bryn Haven was our saving grace.
From our first contact, the manager's warmth was clear. Though we were out of town, we received a virtual tour that made us feel welcomed and reassured. The caring staff and vibrant atmosphere showed us Bryn Haven was more than a care home; it was a compassionate community.
On move-in day, a video call lifted our spirits - my father was laughing with the hairdresser, enjoying his first haircut in months. Since then, he's been happier and healthier. Each visit, we're warmly welcomed, offered tea, and see how staff know each resident personally.
Their safety measures, like chair alarms and attentive staff, give us peace of mind. The manager and her team have made this decision one of the best we've ever made.

Bryn Haven has been absolutely fantastic in their care for my grandma. They went above and beyond to ensure she settled when she first arrived and while she was there. I will always be eternally grateful to all the staff at Bryn Haven for what they did, both for my grandma and also for the support
they gave myself and my family. I would definitely recommend Bryn Haven.
