I cannot praise Meadway Court high enough. The staff are outstanding, showing utmost care and consideration to the residents, the food is magnificent and the cleanliness throughout the property is immaculate. The regular updates on Facebook are welcome, showing plenty of regular entertainment and
exercise, and the monthly activity calendar really helpful for family and friends.

I have found Meadside court to be a very happy place. The rooms are bright and all the staff I have come across are very pleasant and helpful. The staff have a good rapport with the residents. Security at the home is very good . The management staff that i have come across have been very helpful

I think that Meadway is a perfect home for those suffering from advanced dementia. The staff are caring and maintain a good standard of care.The food is excellent and enjoyed by all. The new management seems to have increased standards.

My husband has POA for our friend who is a resident at Meadway Court. We have been very impressed with the level and quality of care received by our friend who is very happy and contented to be living there.
On the rare occasions when we have had a concern about something, we have been listened to
and care taken to address the issue.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care home as, in our experience, they are truly caring.

My mum has only been a resident since January 20th 2026.I was so worried about my mum entering a care home
But on entering Meadway it has taken all my worry away. The staff are all amazing and very caring so friendly and welcoming
She has a lovely room the food is very good. My mum is 92 years old
I asked her how she felt about being in Meadway. She told me she is very happy there which made me and family very happy to hear this thank you so much Meadway

Staff are always very welcoming and friendly and this visit was no exception. They know my husband well and how to best meet his needs. Our daughters are also greeted warmly and we all know that we can drop in when we wish without giving notice meaning we know we are getting a true reflection of how
the home is run.
My husband is very settled at Meadway and this is down to the level of care he receives. Staff know what he enjoys and on this visit, as with all others, comments I make are listened to. The home was clean and warm on this visit with nice music being played. He enjoyed his cup of tea and cake!
The admin team are brilliant and because they don't just stay in the office, they know the residents by name and talk to them. Staff are always upbeat and treat my husband with dignity and kindness.

My wife has been a resident for over four years, during that time she has never pulled away from any of caring staff. She has been treated with respect and love, I can recommend this care home for the attention and loving care they provide.

Very pleased with the care my mother receives at Meadway Court in Bramhall. Dementia is not an easy condition to deal with, and the staff always seem bright and cheerful when dealing with all the residents and their different needs.The home is always beautifully decorated for season of the year ie
Halloween, Remembrance Day, Christmas etc. Plenty of activities.

Dad has just recently come to Meadway Court, and we visited for the first time this weekend. It was his birthday and the staff put on a splendid afternoon tea for us. Every member of staff we met over our three-day visit were amazing. They have got to know Dad in a short space of time, and they all
care for him extremely well. Nothing is too much trouble. Dad is blind and needs extra help with many things. They are always cheerful. Dad seems very comfortable and relaxed, and has nothing but good things to say of Meadway Court.

This care home is absolutely amazing, the staff are superb nothing is too much trouble the care they provide is exceptional. They provide person centred care and treat all residents as individuals and talk to the residents with respect and dignity. They provide support to the families if needed my
mum has dementia and can be challenging sometimes they are always so lovely with her.
I can highly recommend this facility

My friend's needs are well catered for. Care is taken to make sure they are clean, well dressed and comfortable, as this is something they are unable to do independently.
The staff I come across are helpful and pleasant and I can see that they know my friend not just as a resident, but as an
individual person who had a very interesting life before requiring the support of a care home.
The office staff are always very welcoming on arrival to the home.

My Uncle has been a resident of Meadway Court since lat December 2022. In that time since he has received nothing but the best of care and attention from a truly excellent staff - he couldn't be in better hands.

Lots of activities available but not obigatory.
Comfortable enviroment.

I have both of my parents in meadway court, and i am extremely pleased with the care given to them both. The staff are simply amazing, the building is spotlessly clean and tidy, the meals are fabulous.
I honestly don't think they could be cared for any better in any other carehome.
I am also
impressed with the regular updates/queries from management. By phone to me, should anything happen or if any query needs answering.
Overall, meadway court is outstanding.

My father suffers from dementia and has been a resident at Meadway Court since November 2024. Despite having initial concerns as to how he would settle, we are extremely pleased that he always appears contented when we visit and has rarely asked about leaving and returning home. We are very
satisfied with the level of care that dad receives and the professionalism and respect shown by the staff. Perhaps one area for improvement would be for us to be kept more regularly informed of any activities that are available for residents so that we can encourage dad to partake in any that are Suitable. Overall, our experience of Meadway Court is very positive.

The care provided by the home is caring and professional. The staff are affable & dedicated.
My main criticism is of structure of the building. It is claustrophobic and cramped, my resident is distressed by the noise made by some residents but cannot engage with them. There seems no sound proof
area.

My mum was in respite for 3 weeks at Meadway and I can honestly say they from the moment she arrived to the day she left she was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. The staff at all levels were truly lovely! She was included and participated in singing and dancing and was encouraged to go
on outings into the local town and have coffee and cake which I personally thought was a lovely gesture! So a huge thank you to all and I would not hesitate to use Meadway and indeed recommend it to all in the future.

My mum came to the Meadway Court Care Home in December 2022. She settled really quickly and likes her 'nice, big room'. Right from the start, we appreciated the friendly and caring staff. Over the past six months, we have noticed big improvements in the management, with facilities improving all the
time. Meadway communicate with us and ask what Mum likes and what she would like to do. We appreciate the meetings which keep us up to date.

We have been involved with Meadway Court Care Home for seven months now and have seen a huge improvement with the facilities, staff and quality of care. The new management structure and direction have noticeably improved by 100%. The commitment and integrity of the team is a credit to Borough Care.
Without question, their goals and primary concerns are protocol, procedure and patient safety, security and satisfaction. Well done to the manager and your colleagues. Well done!

I cannot get over how incredible all of the staff are at this wonderful place. My dad who is only 66 arrived on respite recently, and has always vehemently hated the idea of a home. He has so far settled in a million times better than we imagined, thanks to the incredible efforts of the
fantastic-beyond-belief team. I cannot thank them all enough, when I think about these amazing people it brings me to tears. Dad seems so happy and to be settling in well. A special huge thank you to the Activity Lifestyle Facilitator who has welcomed him in and listened to every intricate detail from the family, even taking time out of her day off to ensure he is settling well. Nothing seems too much trouble and the amount of thought and effort that goes in to catering for his individual needs and the personal touches have blown me away. All the team are so vibrant and fun, making the whole place buzz with a fantastic energy, and efforts going in to continuously improve the home are incredibly impressive and comforting.

I have found Meadside court to be a very happy place. The rooms are bright and all the staff I have come across are very pleasant and helpful. The staff have a good rapport with the residents. Security at the home is very good . The management staff that i have come across have been very helpful
