Very caring, responsive, lovely carers. Good food, clean facilities, all in all great place.

My mum has been in Sunnyside for 10 weeks. Staff are very caring and kind. Mum is very well looked after.
Staff are also very patient when Mum gets agitated sometimes.
I am very happy with the care received and would say my mum is very content. It was the best decision to place Mum in Sunnyside.

Based on my observations; the lovely staff are so kind. My Sister is so much better being in here. No complaints at all. Love the place.

Dad has been in the home for almost a year. The staff have become like a family, showing compassion, care and above all dignity and kindness to my dad. They always seem rushed off their feet and struggle somewhat in the main living room with the lifting equipment in such a small confined space.

The staff are really good and caring. They keep me informed and organise Dr etc. when needed. Lots of drinks given with biscuits. All staff are friendly to visitors and residents.

This care home is so good. All the staff give 100% care, the understanding they give is superb. They make you feel really welcome.

The staff and management team are always helpful, nothing is too much trouble. It is evident when visiting, the staff really are about the residents by the way they engage with them. The home is well-run and always clean. The management team welcome suggestions and feedback. Mum is very settled
here, I would not hesitate to recommend Sunnyside to others.

A fantastic evening for everybody, Xmas party. They all enjoyed it. Was a huge success. Staff really looked after all the residents.

My nanna seems very settled in the home and very content. The staff are always great with both me and my family. It is always a lovely experience when I visit and my nanna's room is always clean and well-presented.

Met the manager when visiting my cousin, what a wonderful lady, her face lit up when she saw me. Her commitment to all is first class. It's my first time visiting and it is a lovely atmosphere. The manager does a wonderful job. I'd have no problems recommending Sunnyside Care Home to anyone, you'll
be looked after with love and dedication.

Sunnyside is a very special place. My mother has recently moved to Sunnyside, and we couldn't be happier. The staff are wonderful and welcoming and can't do enough for the residents and their families. Whenever I visit, which is different each time, I receive a warm welcome, and staff always know
where my mum is. The residents are treated with respect at all times, and the staff are kind and caring. Staff create a community of family and value all residents.

I have spent four weeks visiting my mum, from Australia. It is always heartbreaking when it is time to say goodbye but also so reassuring to see her interaction with the caring staff at Sunnyside. My mum receives kindness and affection which warms my heart.

My mum has only been at the home a few weeks but everyone has been so kind and helpful nothing any trouble for the staff. I was very wary after having a bad experience with a previous place but I feel so much happier now. The staff are caring and listen to any concerns I have and offer solutions. I
am very happy with the care my mum is getting at Sunnyside.

Treated my father with a lot of care and attention etc. and visitors were treated like family. Sorted any issues or problems/questions out with regards to patient.

Having to put a loved one in care is one of the most difficult decisions to make. It will never be their home that they have loved. The day we went to visit, my mum was made to feel part of the meeting; she was asked why she wanted to come into care and what made her happy'/sad, she was made a
drink, and she was introduced to staff and shown the rooms and facilitates. The staff from management and care/support staff were friendly. The food must be good as Mum has gained weight (though she does complain sometimes). Entertainment, I know they play music/Coronation party. Ensuite rooms would be a bonus. In Mum's case, no carpet due to catheter issues.

I had an amazing visit with my mum today, who is a resident at Sunnyside. Mum was happy, content and telling me how happy she was at Sunnyside. The staff, without exception, are all magnificent! Every one of them makes a huge effort with both Mum and her visitors. A special mention to one lady, who
is Mum's new best friend - as Mum is deaf, the lady "signs" to her and ensures she is included in everything. Thank you all.
