From the moment my Mum entered the building she could not of been made more welcome the staff have gone above and beyond to make her feel safe and cared for.
She has a lovely room which is kept spotless.
I would have no hesitation at all recommending Fazackerly House to care for your loved one and
would like to thank each and every member of staff for helping her to settle in so well..

My nan has been at Fazakerley House for over two years now and I couldn't praise the staff enough for the care they give to her and the kindness they have shown to me. The care that is given is second to none, the staff are all patient, understanding and kind. The home has a family feel to it and
nothing is too much to ask of the staff. The home is spotlessly clean and has a lot of activities for the residents as well as days out. All the staff at Fazakerley House are a credit to the home and the care industry and I hope their hard work doesn't go unrecognised.

Been to a number of care homes to visit elderly family over the years and none compare to this one. The staff are exceptional at their jobs, always treating the residents with kindness and dignity. Always a warm welcome when you visit and nothing is too much to ask. Would recommend to anyone looking
for a care home for their family member's.

Overall very please with the care my mother is receiving all the staff are very nice and nothing too much trouble for them .they are very helpful and kind with the my mother and always there for any concerns I may have about her care .

Since my mum has been at Fazakerley House the staff have spent the time and effort in small
Personal ways that in time have allowed mum to gain trust and friendship from both other residents and the staff.
It is hard and was a lot more for the first 3-4 months and very upsetting for mum and myself.
After this period the effort and dedication in conjunction with honest and respectful care the facility has now become - what mum calls home. This means more to me than just a care rating or monotonous care schedules.
I thank them and wish them continued recognition for the level of commitment and friendliness coupled with the professional care they provide.

All the staff are wonderful curtious and helpful I could not ask for anything more. mum is safe secure and happy which is all I could ask I can sleep at night knowing mum is secure and safe I ask mum everyday what she's been doing she happy in the meeting room

I am made up with the care provided at Fazakerley house . My husband was very well cared for. I wouldn't hesitate to place him here again on respite.I felt more at ease knowing that he was well looked after

Fazakerley House is truly a special place - warm, welcoming and attentive in every way. The staff are professional, compassionate and go above and beyond to make residents feel safe, valued and genuinely cared for. The home feels like a family, with engaging
activities, a lovely atmosphere and brilliant attention to individual needs. We couldn't be happier with the care provided here and highly recommend Fazakerley House to anyone looking for an exceptional care home.

What a wonderful care home! All of the staff go above and beyond for the residents. There is a lovely warm feeling/atmosphere when you step inside. The residents look happy and well cared for. During my visits I have met most of the staff. The care staff, the kitchen and domestic staff, and they are
all wonderful at their jobs. The food served is gorgeous and the menu is well thought out. The Registered Manager, Jane, is the most kind, compassionate and selfless person I have ever met and runs her home with confidence and efficiency. She is well respected by the staff, the residents and visitors.

I went to visit my nans friend today and she was sat happily with her baby doll sh was so happy which warmed my heart the staff where so welcoming it was just lovely the way that they take the time to talk to you and make you feel welcome everyone looked happy and comfortable what a great home

I am happy to leave my husband at Fazakerley House as he is well cared for, and the home is clean and welcoming. I feel at ease when he is on respite due to the care, which is exceptional. I would highly recommend this home.

My wife and I visited our friend at Fazakerley House. Our friend was sat smiling with a staff member who was showing her family pictures. Management should be so proud of their staff and how they interact with residents. This home is well managed, and I would highly recommend Fazakerley House Care

I visited my friend who is living with dementia. On my arrival, the home was calm, and staff friendly and welcoming. I was directed to my friend who was sat with a staff member who was going through family photos. The look on her face was a picture. Staff go above and beond in this care home.

Since my mum has been in Fazakerley House, the staff have gone above and beyond and continue to do so with all aspects of her care.
It has been a difficult time for her as she lost her husband back in September, the manager and all the staff have been amazing with their time towards her.

Couldn't recommend Fazakerly House enough. It's never an easy decision moving a family member into care, but the staff here are just amazing; they treat all the residents like members of their own family. Nothing is ever too much. Always so welcoming when you visit, and my grandads never had a bad
word to say.

Lovely place to look after my grandad, I feel settled knowing he's in here with all the amazing staff. I like to visit here, they make you feel welcome, and there is a lovely feel to the environment. I will give it 10 stars

My mum was a resident at Fazakerley House for the last four months of her life and thoroughly enjoyed her time here. The staff are just wonderful. I really can't recommend the care home enough. The manager is fabulous. The environment is definitely a home away from home. Cheerful and friendly. I
know I keep saying this, but I can't thank you all enough for mum's care.

Fazakerley House has been a change of living for my mum aged 88/89. She suffers for Alzheimer/Dementia. She has settled in so well and me/wife can see 100% improvement in herself. She seems so content in herself were she is. All the staff keep it bright upbeat. Mum likes the food in general we/all
are very pleased with Fazakerley House. Such a calm atmosphere for all residents.
