The home is spotlessly clean and has a lot of activities for the residents as well as days out. All the staff at Fazakerley House are a credit to the home and the care industry and I hope their hard work doesn't go unrecognised.

Overall very please with the care my mother is receiving all the staff are very nice and nothing too much trouble for them .they are very helpful and kind with the my mother and always there for any concerns I may have about her care .

It is hard and was a lot more for the first 3-4 months and very upsetting for mum and myself....
I thank them and wish them continued recognition for the level of commitment and friendliness coupled with the professional care they provide.

As a dedicated healthcare professional, Jane has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for Residents.
Jane closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She extends this caring approach to her Colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Jane remarked:
“Achieving goals and getting good outcomes”
Outside of work, Jane is very family orientated and loves spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoys going on regular holidays.
