Wonderful support, encouragement, fun and laughter. Have reached my normal weight size again, after being 'peg fed' in hospital for over 2 months.

My mum has been a resident at Fazakerley House for six years. In my experience, my mum has been well looked after and treated with care and dignity. If I had any issues, they were dealt with immediately by a very efficient manager and her team. Fazakerley House is a really good care home who encourage family visits. I find I can sleep at night, knowing my mum is in safe hands.

My aunt was confused and disheveled when she came into Fazakerley House Care Home. She now looks better, is calmer, and is well cared for. I am impressed with every aspect of this home. My aunt's room and the whole place is spotlessly clean. My aunt loves the food, she said the cottage pie was the best she has ever tasted! Every time I visit there is a lovely, happy, homely vibe. Staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable about my aunt. Security is strictly adhered to and the manager is visible and accessible. She made time to have a chat with me at short notice, which I appreciated. I can't fault a single thing about Fazakerley House. Thank you.

Walking into the reception you automatically feel at home, the atmosphere is so welcoming. Staff are amazing, work hard to make sure my nan has everything she needs from day one. Feels like we are in a cafe having a coffee, so at home. Staff are absolutely fab!

My mother-in-law came in for two weeks respite. The home has a friendly vibe and the staff are very attentive. The other residents all were kept clean as was my mother-in-law. She said she was well looked after, which says it all.

My mum came to Fazakerley House Care Home for respite following a broken arm. During this time she was treated with dignity and respect. My mum enjoyed the company of the staff who went above and beyond. I can highly recommend Fazakerley House. My mum hopes to return for respite later in the year.

I honestly think this home is run by Heaven because all the people there, each and every one of them are Angels. The love and care they show to our mum each and every day is just unbelievable. My mum absolute loves being there and her day is so much more fulfilled than when she was at home even with four sons visiting every day and all the family and friends. Its not like we can put on an Elvis impressionist afternoon, but they did at Fazakerley house at that was the highlight of my Christmas - seeing everyone's smiling faces. Honestly I just think it has changed mums whole world and all ours too and we know she is getting the care she so deserves.

The staff are very welcoming and even during the COVID outbreak, we have still felt able to visit and take Mum out. The staff have been keen to say that although COVID is around and they look after those who are poorly extremely well, we are not in the way of we choose to visit. I am immensely grateful for this attitude to COVID.
