My mum has been staying at Roby Lodge for about a month now. We have found all of the staff very friendly and welcoming, and it's lovely to see Mum interacting with all the staff. The accommodation is very clean and well equipped, and Mum is enjoying the food very much. Thank you for your kindness.

Since my family member moved into Roby lodge I have visited a few times and the staff have always been very welcoming they offer refreshments when the residents are having drinks and snacks which was nice to be offered the home is very clean and the bedroom is spacious, when visiting a few weeks ago
work was being completed to the lounge the residents were sitting in the communal area on the corridor the staff managed this well and kept everyone entertained

Arrived at Roby Lodge at around 11:00, to find mum sitting in a communal room with 2 ladies who also live here, mum was quite anxious and shouting, but to be fair a lovely carer who has mum today was so lovely with her such a gentle young lady.
I passed on my thanks to nurse in charge today also
acted quickly to me thinking mum had thrush. Started on some ointment, chest rechecked seems better than we thought; thank you for caring so much.

My mum is very settled. Staff are all so lovely. Room is kept so clean and tidy. Manager is always there for you, any time you need to talk. As a family you are always made welcome by all of the staff, whenever you visit. Couldn't ask fir more. Many thanks.

My husband has settled into Roby Lodge very well. All staff are lovely and supportive. He is treated with dignity at all times. Rooms are spacious and clean. Activities brilliant, especially the singers.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and lively singer/ performance really made this a great birthday for my nan. Buffet delivered straight to the room.

Since day one mum has been shown nothing but respect, care and love. All her needs are taken care of. Staff are brilliant with all residents. I would highly recommend Roby Lodge to anyone thinking of brining their loved one here to live.

Mum is always clean and tidy. The staff are efficient and deal with queries promptly. Mum is happy.

Since my friend has been in there the care he has received has been fantastic. There is a continuty of great carers who look after him really well. They keep me updated about all his health needs and any concerns I have are always listened to.

This home is exactly that for the people who live here - A home an extension to their family.
People both residents, staff and visitors are made welcome and everyone is treated with respect and dignity. The activities are carefully picked to peoples need and interests and everyone is encouraged to
join in and if they don't want to join they are encouraged to watch - no one is excluded. Other fantastic things are the barber, the opportunity to have communion and the food! Well done.

I found the staff at Roby Lodge to be the most caring, helpful and hard working in every aspect of the running of the home. My mum is looked after in an excellent manner under sometimes trying circumstances.

Roby Lodge is a safe, supportive and caring environment. Staff are dedicated and take pride in their work, in particular kitchen staff, food is tasty, appealing and nutritious. Housekeeping standards are excellent and maintained daily, staff strike a fine balance between completing their job and
readily engaging with residents- what an asset! Laundry must be given credit, they do a great job. Most carers understand the needs of residents and work as a team to ensure standards are maintained. Seniors and management drive the delivery and maintain these high standards. Keep up the good work!!

I feel like my mum's well taken care of. I was speaking to a friend, saying that it's funny that my mum does not ask to go home. I think that's very telling. All staff are very patient with my mum. Truly caring staff.

Amazing care given to my mum during her stay at Roby Lodge. Staff are consistently caring and can't do enough to help residents settle in and feel safe. During my mums short illness and passing their care was outstanding. Very high level of care and personal interest in my mum. Made a real
difference to her quality of life.
