I had looked at a number of care homes for my mum and as soon as I walked through the door at Roby Lodge it was the place for my mum. All the staff are lovely very caring helpful and listen it you have any concerns. It is like one big family. I have recommend to 2 families and they too love this home.
Thank you to all who care for my mum it is much appreciated.

I want to thank all the staff for the support they gave my husband, especially well being coordinator Joanna for going above and beyond all the time. I felt my husband was safe and happy around her. She is a credit to Roby Lodge. The home is always clean, residents are happy, staff are lovely.

This home is exactly that for the people who live here - A home an extension to their family.
People both residents, staff and visitors are made welcome and everyone is treated with respect and dignity. The activities are carefully picked to peoples need and interests and everyone is encouraged to
join in and if they don't want to join they are encouraged to watch - no one is excluded. Other fantastic things are the barber, the opportunity to have communion and the food! Well done.

Roby Lodge is a safe, supportive and caring environment. Staff are dedicated and take pride in their work, in particular kitchen staff, food is tasty, appealing and nutritious. Housekeeping standards are excellent and maintained daily, staff strike a fine balance between completing their job and readily
engaging with residents- what an asset! Laundry must be given credit, they do a great job. Most carers understand the needs of residents and work as a team to ensure standards are maintained. Seniors and management drive the delivery and maintain these high standards. Keep up the good work!!

I feel like my mum's well taken care of. I was speaking to a friend, saying that it's funny that my mum does not ask to go home. I think that's very telling. All staff are very patient with my mum. Truly caring staff.

Amazing care given to my mum during her stay at Roby Lodge. Staff are consistently caring and can't do enough to help residents settle in and feel safe. During my mums short illness and passing their care was outstanding. Very high level of care and personal interest in my mum. Made a real difference

What a wonderful caring home, my elderly Aunt was end of life after being in the home for just over 6 months, for the last few days of her life we were visiting daily for extended periods, the staff could not do enough for my Aunt and our family. They showed genuine care and empathy for her and went
out of their way to make sure she was comfortable all times, contacting medical staff promptly when we felt it was needed. They also made us feel welcome and comfortable whilst we stayed with our Aunt offering us food and drinks and advice and really took onboard the family's wishes and requests.

Warm welcome from staff from the moment you walk into the building, so accommodating and helpful. They always know where my nan is and who she's talking to which is lovely and personable. Staff always help me with my nans accessibility and it makes my while visitation more relaxed and enjoyable. Thanks
to the girls for all being so empathetic and enduring some (sometimes wicked) interesting sense of humors in the residents! Couldn't sleep at night without you all.

A welcoming atmosphere. The home is warm and residents are cared for very well indeed. The recent management are all approachable and willing to help with any requests. The activities are ensuring all residents are allowed to grow as much as possible.

We are very happy with Mum's care in this home. She has settled well. The staff are great, and have been very attentive to Mum's varied needs. I think the management are excellent, they keep us informed always if she has any changes in her physical health. Her room is cosy and always clean. The activities
