In my experience at Hillgrove, the staff have always been welcoming, caring and supportive of residents and their families. In their instance, a special day had been arranged for residents and their families to come to Hillgrove and share in a 'meet the animals' afternoon. My elderly dad, who is a regular visitor with me, was made very welcome too. The staff made sure all the residents and families had an opportunity to meet the various animals if they wished. There was a lot of laughter as the staff shared the experience with us and made it such a lovely occasion. I am happy that my aunt is at Hillgrove and being looked after by such jolly and caring staff.

My dad has settled into Hillgrove really well. He always looks clean and is shown at every visit. He tells me he is happy and well fed, he enjoys his food and says he is never hungry. The carers are all lovely and welcoming and interact with all residents. I am always kept up to date on my dad's health and wellbeing.

Hillgrove has a warm, friendly atmosphere. The staff are efficient, helpful and caring. The rooms an communal areas are kept spotless. The food is tasty and nutritious. We are very pleased we chose this home for our relative.

My aunt has been here for several months now, and the home has been amazing at supporting her needs. They are very welcoming to all of my family when we visit.
