Always hard working and very friendly staff,take very good care of my brother the care home is very clean.The food is very good and there's always finding activities to do.Always make everyone feel very welcome.

My friend is very well looked after in Bentley Manor. I have visited her on many occasions and always find her in good spirits.
Her wishes are always respected.
She has health issues and any problems are always dealt with very quickly.
She always looks comfortable.
The staff are always cheerful
and helpful.
Security is very strong.

My mother is very well cared for. She is always very clean. The staff are very helpful and treat my mother with kindness and dignity. It's been my mothers home for many years and she has been cared for excellently and staff all welcome me and make me part of her home.

I want to say how amazingly supportive and caring the lovely team at Bentley Manor have been to my father and I. I feel he is in great hands and all his needs are being met. They all do their upmost to deliver the best care and I am truly grateful.

My dad has resided at Bentley Manor for around 3 months, sadly he suffers from Parkinsons. Before going into a home, my family did a great deal of research, agreeing Bentley Manor was outstanding. It has not disappointed. The staff are wonderful and treat dad with respect, compassion, kindness and
dignity. They are welcoming and chat to dad continuously and I feel like dad is being very well cared for, which is a huge peace of mind.
In a short time, our family have also built strong relationships with all the staff, so we know who is sitting with dad on a daily basis (as he needs 1:1 care).
The activity co-ordinators are outstanding & run group activities on a daily basis in the mornings and afternoons. They also spend one-to-one time with everyone in the home, which is a real stimulation to everyone.
Recently, dad has been on a boat trip run by the activity specialists and we attended the opening of the Bentley Cafe, which was superb.
I wholehearted would recommend Bentley Manor.

I've just come back from a visit today and I feel compelled to write a review.
The care team have gone above and beyond as my dear uncle receives outstanding end of life care though this saddens me I'm heartwarmed to see how kind, compassionate, and thoughtful in how the team go out of their way
to care for my relative.
Thank you so much and I am sure I am not the only one to have noticed the team make a substantial difference to our loved ones lives here.

I have found the staff to be pleasant/helpful and good fun. They are always good with Tony my brother and he can be difficult sometimes & although he is bedbound the activities carer calls in every morning to say hello and have a chat. Tony seems to enjoy the food. He now considers Bentley Manor to
be his home and always refers to it as home. He has had a number of visits to Hospital and even when he returns if it late they find him something to eat although his go to snack is cereal.

Bentley Manor is a lovely care home, very modern furniture and is always well maintained by the in house maintenance team. All staff members are very welcoming, communication by the nursing staff is excellent either by telephone or on visits, updating me about my mum.
The cleaners do a very good
job of housekeeping.
The activities team are wonderful, thinking up activities for all the residents, positing sending photo's on the social media page for relatives to see, even though Mum is not taking part she is included in the room.

It's coming up to 3 years since my mum moved to Bentley Manor. I have visited nearly every day and built a strong relationship with the wonderful staff and other residents. People are really cared for and treated with respect and a high level of consideration.
We have had two birthday parties in
the dining room which were fabulous, relatives travelled from around the country and everyone who has visited has commented on the lovely environment and expert staff at Bentley Manor.
A heart felt thank you to everyone who looks after my mum.

My mum as been at Bentley Manor for more than two years and my Dad for a few months before he passed away and both are treated very well my mum always looks very clean and cared for and always looks happy to see the staff

My husband was transferred here directly from hospital, he had been residing in another care home. The care here at Bentley Manor is exemplary, it is well structured from home manager, administrator, registered staff, care assistants, activity coordinator and all ancillary staff. The fod is of high
quality and as my husband was not eating in the residential care home he is now eating well and gaining weight.

My elderly mum has been a resident for over 6 months. The staff go above and beyond to care for her. My mum settled straight away and has not mentioned about going home once, she is very happy. They make all visitors feel welcome and keep you updated on any concerns they may have about your
relative.
All staff are committed to caring for all the residents.

Bentley Manor is an excellent care home specialising in Dementia and Alzheimer's. The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. My mother has been a resident for nearly 3 years and l am very impressed with the care she has received and is still receiving. Bentley Manor is run by an excellent manager
and assistant manager who are both approachable, knowledgeable, professional and proactive. The Administrator has been excellent when l have needed her help. My mother is in the Willows Unit and the staff that care for her are compassionate, sensitive to her needs, work well as a team and work extremely hard. In fact, they are wonderful and the manager of Willows is exceptional! Communication is very good and all staff have received training in Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. I visit several times a week at different times of the day and so have seen that this high standard of care is consistent. I know that my mother is safe and very well looked after.

Bentley Manor for me is a brilliant place for my mum. Everyone is brilliant with her even when we come to visit. The staff make us so welcome. We even have a good rapport with the office staff, cleaners. So a big thank you to all. Forgot to say also entertainment staff.

I want to send a massive thank you to all the staff that have looked after my mum, who sadly passed away on 30th December 2024, aged 86. Mum had been a resident since October 2023. The staff at Bentley Manor Care Home have all been amazing right to the end of Mum's life. All the staff/carers at the
home who are busy scooting around doing jobs but still have the time to talk to us about Mum and let us know how the situation was right up to her passing. We will miss visiting the home as we were always welcome and offered plenty of cups of tea.
If anybody asks in the future about Bentley Manor and the staff/carers, you have my 100% positive review to give them. Once again, a big thank you.

I want to send a massive thank you to all the staff that have looked after my dad, who sadly passed away on 28th November 2024, aged 84. He has been a resident at the Meadows since March 2017 following a terrible stroke that left him unable to move or communicate. Many homes turned us away because
of his extreme needs and requirements but Bentley Manor Care Home accepted him without hesitation.
I can't really find the words to express my gratitude to everyone who has cared for him over the last eight years. The staff at Bentley Manor have all been amazing right to the end. They have showed enormous kindness and given my dad as much comfort, dignity and quality of life as you could expect in his situation.
I am so glad we chose Bentley Manor and that my dad was accepted there. He spent the remaining years of his life in a place that gave him the love and care he so richly deserved.

The home is always warm and welcoming, staff and resident appear to be very happy.
The home appears clean and tidy.
The residents have regular entertainment which they appear to appreciate.
The outside of the home / gardens always appears to be kept tidy.

My mum has been at Bentley Manor Care Home for twelve months. The carers are very nice, helpful and kind. The food when she first arrived was good but then went downhill when the chef left. There has been improvement though in the last few months. The rooms are kept very clean and the home itself.
Some improvements could be made to the front. i.e. around the pond, some tubs of flowers maybe and in the large garden, it's very bare.
