Welcome to Bentley Manor Care Home, located just north of Crewe town centre.

The home is ideally placed for the local community and those coming from Leighton Hospital and the surrounding areas.

This very popular purpose-built care home is spacious and modern and provides residential and nursing care and as well as care for those who suffer the impact of dementia on their lives and other mental health issues. The well trained, experienced and dedicated team are able to ensure such high levels of care because of the individual, tailor made care plans which are written in order to ensure that every detail of an individual’s care is recorded. Such ‘person centeredness’ is how the home achieves its high standards of quality of care. The value of such an approach cannot be understated.

Home cooked menus are on offer to residents and their visitors. Meals are cooked by the home's own chefs, with resident favourite meals reflected in menu choices. Start the day with a cooked breakfast if you wish or be tempted with traditional meals and desserts! Good food is very important and the chefs at Bentley Manor Care Home enjoy tempting residents to eat and drink well.

Most bedrooms are en-suite and have been recently redecorated with residents choosing the choice of colours and wallpapers. Lounges and dining rooms have also been decorated with residents' choices in mind, residents spend a lot of time together and they team want them to have homely and comfortable places to spend their time.

Group activities, music and entertainment, as well as individual time with residents, is planned by the dedicated activity coordinator ensuring that resident days are varied and interesting. Gathering information from residents and families regarding favourite music, hobbies and interests ensure that the activity programme for each resident can be ‘tailor made’.

My husband was transferred here directly from hospital, he had been residing in another care home. The care here at Bentley Manor is exemplary, it is well structured from home manager, administrator, registered staff, care assistants, activity coordinator and all ancillary staff. The fod is of high
quality and as my husband was not eating in the residential care home he is now eating well and gaining weight.

My elderly mum has been a resident for over 6 months. The staff go above and beyond to care for her. My mum settled straight away and has not mentioned about going home once, she is very happy. They make all visitors feel welcome and keep you updated on any concerns they may have about your relative.

Bentley Manor is an excellent care home specialising in Dementia and Alzheimer's. The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. My mother has been a resident for nearly 3 years and l am very impressed with the care she has received and is still receiving. Bentley Manor is run by an excellent manager and
assistant manager who are both approachable, knowledgeable, professional and proactive. The Administrator has been excellent when l have needed her help. My mother is in the Willows Unit and the staff that care for her are compassionate, sensitive to her needs, work well as a team and work extremely hard. In fact, they are wonderful and the manager of Willows is exceptional! Communication is very good and all staff have received training in Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. I visit several times a week at different times of the day and so have seen that this high standard of care is consistent. I know that my mother is safe and very well looked after.

Bentley Manor for me is a brilliant place for my mum. Everyone is brilliant with her even when we come to visit. The staff make us so welcome. We even have a good rapport with the office staff, cleaners. So a big thank you to all. Forgot to say also entertainment staff.

I want to send a massive thank you to all the staff that have looked after my mum, who sadly passed away on 30th December 2024, aged 86. Mum had been a resident since October 2023. The staff at Bentley Manor Care Home have all been amazing right to the end of Mum's life. All the staff/carers at the
home who are busy scooting around doing jobs but still have the time to talk to us about Mum and let us know how the situation was right up to her passing. We will miss visiting the home as we were always welcome and offered plenty of cups of tea.
If anybody asks in the future about Bentley Manor and the staff/carers, you have my 100% positive review to give them. Once again, a big thank you.

I visit my mum every day at Bentley Manor Care Home. I have built up a great relationship with all of the team who care for my mum and I couldn't wish for better people to look after her. These are wonderful people who truly understand the needs of the residents. People I enjoy seeing every day, like

I want to send a massive thank you to all the staff that have looked after my dad, who sadly passed away on 28th November 2024, aged 84. He has been a resident at the Meadows since March 2017 following a terrible stroke that left him unable to move or communicate. Many homes turned us away because of
his extreme needs and requirements but Bentley Manor Care Home accepted him without hesitation.
I can't really find the words to express my gratitude to everyone who has cared for him over the last eight years. The staff at Bentley Manor have all been amazing right to the end. They have showed enormous kindness and given my dad as much comfort, dignity and quality of life as you could expect in his situation.
I am so glad we chose Bentley Manor and that my dad was accepted there. He spent the remaining years of his life in a place that gave him the love and care he so richly deserved.

My mum has been at Bentley Manor Care Home for twelve months. The carers are very nice, helpful and kind. The food when she first arrived was good but then went downhill when the chef left. There has been improvement though in the last few months. The rooms are kept very clean and the home itself. Some
improvements could be made to the front. i.e. around the pond, some tubs of flowers maybe and in the large garden, it's very bare.

From arrival the reception service helped me and my husband to book in, we were made very welcome - and face masks available as a precaution, and directed to my uncle’s room.
He was in very good spirits eating his lunch which was a very full plate of food which he was enjoying. He also had some fruit
which he enjoys very much (more often rather than pudding).
His room is very clean and the care team are very friendly and helpful, he has a bit of fun with the team and likewise.
He likes to get out and about a bit of freedom and is able to do so, not confined to his room.
We brought our birthday gifts and card and let the care team in reception know (just in case they hadn’t been aware) it was a birthday coming up.
Very hardworking, friendly and engaging Care team.

My mum is well taken care of at Bentley Manor Care Home she’s treated like the queen she is! The staff on the unit she lives on treat her like they would their own mum nothing is too much trouble, and she has a lovely room which is kept clean and tidy for her I wouldn’t want her anywhere else.

Two hundred words is not enough to tell you of our time spent at this amazing home and its amazing staff that includes everyone. The cooks, the cleaning staff, the care workers, the nurses, the clerical and the management during his two years at Bentley Manor and been bedridden. I knew he was ina good
place and safe hands, so many happy smiling people working as one team, one family with one love and one goal to do the very best for him. When we had to stay in the home during his last days all the staff took it to another level. Unbelieveable.
The saying cleanliness is next to godliness is true at Bently Manor.
The food is excellent, well done to the kitchen.

Hello, my name is Andrada, and I have been part of Bentley Manor Care Home since 2016, when I started working as a nurse on the Meadow unit.


Being part of a great team has allowed me to grow and develop, and in 2018, I became the Unit Manager. I have received fantastic support from the company and managers for my personal and professional development and have been enrolled on various training programmes to advance my leadership skills. In 2020, I became Clinical Lead for all the units, trying to improve and work together with the team to be outstanding. In 2021, I became the Deputy Manager for the home. In 2025, I became the Home Manager here at Bentley Manor Care Home.
