Welcome to Bentley Manor Care Home, located just north of Crewe town centre.

The home is ideally placed for the local community and those coming from Leighton Hospital and the surrounding areas.

This very popular purpose-built care home is spacious and modern and provides residential and nursing care and as well as care for those who suffer the impact of dementia on their lives and other mental health issues. The well trained, experienced and dedicated team are able to ensure such high levels of care because of the individual, tailor made care plans which are written in order to ensure that every detail of an individual’s care is recorded. Such ‘person centeredness’ is how the home achieves its high standards of quality of care. The value of such an approach cannot be understated.

Home cooked menus are on offer to residents and their visitors. Meals are cooked by the home's own chefs, with resident favourite meals reflected in menu choices. Start the day with a cooked breakfast if you wish or be tempted with traditional meals and desserts! Good food is very important and the chefs at Bentley Manor Care Home enjoy tempting residents to eat and drink well.

Most bedrooms are en-suite and have been recently redecorated with residents choosing the choice of colours and wallpapers. Lounges and dining rooms have also been decorated with residents' choices in mind, residents spend a lot of time together and they team want them to have homely and comfortable places to spend their time.

Group activities, music and entertainment, as well as individual time with residents, is planned by the dedicated activity coordinator ensuring that resident days are varied and interesting. Gathering information from residents and families regarding favourite music, hobbies and interests ensure that the activity programme for each resident can be ‘tailor made’.

Looked after mum first, dad in another home. He had a fall and they accommodated him. Both are now together and very happy. The team did the NHS clap when they were reunited.

My aunty was a resident there for 8 months up until December 2021 and I have nothing but praise. The staff are amazing and the care they provide was over and above what we expected. They not only looked after my aunty but put up with my endless calls to see how she was and looked after us when we visited.
Choosing a care home during covid was hard to ensure the right place was picked, but we certainly picked the right one.
All of the staff needs praise but a special mention to five ladies are needed as without them I wouldn’t have coped.
If any worries are had when looking to choose a home for family members, please put these aside as non are needed.
Thank you all for making my aunts days the greatest we could have wished for.

I cannot put into words how amazing this care home is. The care they provide for my mum is exceptional. I am informed of her care all the way through the journey and feel that the carers provide support for us as a family too! I can call to chat to mum whenever I would like, FaceTime is available and
they upload pictures of what is going on to Facebook (blurring our faces if asked). My mum has settled so well and believes the carers to be her friends which shows how supportive and caring they are.

The care provided for Mum by Bentley Manor Care Home the nursing staff excellent. She is always treated with love and dignity.
The decor and furnishings are lovely and modern and the cleanliness is excellent.
There are a variety of meals provided by the catering staff, and there is a varied activity
programme provided by the entertainment team.
Always feel she is safe and well looked after.

My mother has been a resident here for ten years now. I have always found the staff to be caring and kind. The place, in general, is clean and with none of the unpleasant smells that can go with care homes. Although I have never eaten the food, it always looks edible and varied.

Bentley Manor is just so homely and welcoming. The staff are very caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. My cousin is a very private person, but the carers always try to get her to join in.

I have been highly impressed by Bentley Manor. The home has a welcoming and friendly feeling from the moment you arrive. This atmosphere is radiated even through the window visits, which the home strive to make possible during recent circumstances. The staff are driven and are fully supportive of the
residents. The service which they provided for us was exemplary. The management team are incredibly supportive, approachable and friendly. The home appeared to be clean, tidy and safe. I would undoubtedly recommend Bentley Manor.

From the minute I walked through the door of Bentley Manor I was impressed. It was really clean and the staff was so friendly. The manager even cleared out a lounge so my husband could be comfortable in a larger room. The staff is brilliant with all the residents to which I witnessed first hand. I would
recommend Bentley Manor to anyone. My husband was really happy there for 18 months until he passed away on June 11th, 2020.

I came to live in Bentley Manor Care Home from the hospital, unable to look after myself in September 2019. Not knowing what to expect, the kind, warm welcome on arrival was comforting. The day and night carers and nursing staff, along with every single person who is employed here are wonderful, most

My mum has been here for about 4-years, and she has had excellent care throughout. The staff are always patient, considerate, caring and friendly.
Unfortunately, we cannot visit at the moment due to Coronavirus, but the staff have managed to keep the home virus-free and have still taken the time to
contact me and my sister to update us. They have encouraged her to talk on the phone - no mean feat!
I would highly recommend to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

My Nana moved into Bentley Manor recently and I have seen a massive change in her. We were very nervous about Mana going into a nursing home but right from the start when the managers came to visit Nana at the hospital they put us at ease. The care staff are amazing and have helped my Nana to be independent
as possible. My Nana is talking more and her wellbeing has improved dramatically. The home is lovely and from the managers to the care staff, to the cleaners, they make me feel at ease and they always welcome me. What a fantastic team.

Just wanted to mention how wonderful the staff are here at Bentley Manor Care Home, my mother is a resident here and she is always comfortable and happy in the welcoming environment that the staff tirelessly provide.
The team are great at providing continual communication to family members about any
changes in care, and the staff always ensure that the residents have a dignified stay. My mother always comments how she feels at home.
The standard of care is exemplary even considering the everyday difficulties that are faced by dementia patient.
I would recommend this home to anyone and I want to thank the staff for all their hard work.

Being part of a great team has allowed me to grow and develop, and in 2018, I became the Unit Manager. I have received fantastic support from the company and managers for my personal and professional development and have been enrolled on various training programmes to advance my leadership skills. In 2020, I became Clinical Lead for all the units, trying to improve and work together with the team to be outstanding. In 2021, I became the Deputy Manager for the home. In 2025, I became the Home Manager here at Bentley Manor Care Home.
