My mum has been a resident since June 25. She is cared for really well and the staff are caring and attentive. Mum enjoys the food an despite having dementia, she always says when I visit, that they are well looked after. Thanks to everyone at Woodeaves for everything you do.

My Mum has now been a resident at Woodeaves for almost a year. I visit her almost every day, and it is clearly evident that she is incredibly well cared for and respected by all of the staff.
It was obviously a major upheaval for her; but they have gone out of their way to make her feel at home.
The staff are very caring and listen and respond well to any concerns that Mum or I have. They are also conscientious in managing Mum's medical needs.
Both the manager and deputy manager are approachable and professional. They have been very helpful when I have gone to them for advice. The home is very well managed.
My Mum has very traditional tastes with her food and they cater extremely well for her. The food is prepared and cooked on the premises and Mum often tells me that she has enjoyed her lunch.
I have no hesitation in recommending Woodeaves as a Care Home.

Mum wasn't very well this month, and she was looked after incredibly well. Doctor came out promptly, and the staff kept an eye on Mum the whole time. Cleaning her room, washing and dressing her and making sure she ate. They kept her company and generally made sure she was ok.

My Father could not be happier here.
All the staff are Amazing. They actually care.
It's like his home.
He feels safe and comfortable
And that means the world to me.
The meals are always so good and they're cooked on site.

We cant express enough how incredibly grateful we are for the exceptional care my mum received at Woodeaves Care Home. From the moment mum arrived, it was clear that all of the staff genuinely cared about her wellbeing and treated mum with such kindness, patience and respect, making her feel valued
and loved at all times. Woodeaves is like a "home from home" and was always clean, safe and very welcoming, providing a warm and homely atmosphere. The level of professionalism and compassion shown by every member of the team - from the carers to the management was truly remarkable - a massive shout out to the manager and deputy manager for going above and beyond, especially in mums final weeks, we really cant thank them enough. Every day she was treated with dignity, compassion and kindness and we will always be grateful for the sense of comfort and security that the care home provided during such a difficult time. We highly recommend Woodeaves!

My Mum went to live at Woodeaves in January 2024 as she was unable to live on her own safely. From the moment I had contact with the manager I felt I had known them for ages. They made the transition for Mum so easy and made her so welcome and literally "at home". She soon adapted to being there due
to the caring environment and nurturing. In September, we had a scare when Mum had quite an out-of-the-blue cardiac episode, we were on holiday in Spain! They literally saved her life with their quick response and actions. We were kept informed of absolutely everything and am glad today Mum went "home" after 2 days. From management down, to every member of staff, they are exceptional and I am so happy Mum is in their care.

Very caring and welcoming homely building. The food and support is more than sufficient. We are very glad to have placed our resident here. We have been around many care homes and would give everything to this one five-star. Also many activities to keep residents entertained. They all have company
and good for arts/crafts and inclusiveness.

I chose Woodeaves because it was near to me but I have been more than happy with the staff. I feel the ambience of the home could be better and the carpet replaced, the general decoration could be improved.

Starting with my first contact with Woodeaves by phone to enquire about vacancies, I was extremely impressed by the friendly, professional approach of the manager. She was honest and informative and arranged for me and my siblings to visit the next day. She and her deputy visited mum the next day at
home and arranged for her to move into Woodeaves the next day! Mum was comfortable in her room and treated with respect and dignity by all the staff at Woodeaves. We, as a family, thoroughly recommend Woodeaves to anyone. Thank you so much.

My mum was very reluctant to go into a home but since she has been living at Woodeaves Residential Care Home, we have noticed a big change in her. She has become more sociable and happy to be around other residents in the home. We are very happy with the wonderful carers and support workers, they
are lovely and very kind to my mum. Thank you to you all for looking after her.

Absolutely love this home from the moment we met the management and staff. All genuinely lovely people. The home feels very homely. Always made to feel very welcome when we visit. Staff couldn't be more helpful and welcoming and lovely to our mum. Thank you Woodeaves Residential Care Home!

As a resident, I am treated with dignity and care at all times. The staff are all friendly and kind, nothing is too much trouble for them.
I would definitely recommend staying in this home, it is like a home from home.

Staff are empathetic to my dad's needs. The home has a friendly atmosphere. Food is prepared to his needs and he particularly likes the puddings!

The care that the residents receive is ten out of ten. They are always treated with respect and dignity, included in their care plan. The staff are friendly to the residents and family and you always receive a warm welcome. Meals are excellent and plenty of choice with drinks and snacks throughout
the day. I would and have already recommended this care home to friends. You would not get a better one, it's a home away from home.

I have been to Woodeaves Residential Care Home many times and every time was a great experience.
It feels homely, the residents are well cared for and looked after. Staff are friendly and have great relationships with residents and their family members.
Nothing is ever too much trouble.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Woodeaves.
The staff are very caring and understanding and the food was excellent. They cater for the individual's needs.
No pressure was put on me towards my recovery back into my own home.

The care, compassion and empathy shown to us as a family, both leading up to and following the passing of my mother-in-law, were beyond compare. I do have to single out the certain staff members who ensured we were kept informed, and my mother-in-law was looked after and cared for both emotionally
and physically, right to the end. I just want to personally thank you all for making a very difficult time that little bit more bearable; you really are a credit to your profession.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our mother was admitted to Woodeaves Care Home a year ago during a very difficult and challenging time.
The care home manager has gone above and beyond her duty to ensure our mother, who has dementia, has settled into the home and to support us as a family.
Due to
the Covid restrictions and not living in Cheshire, I have only been inside the Care Home on two occasions. When I visit I normally take my mum out but my overall impression is that the staff try their hardest to provide the residents with the care and attention they need.
