Wonderfull staff, caring and patient with both mum and dad.The management team has also been a great support for me and our family. Both of my parents are there, it was important to have them together because mum has Alzheimers and can't be away from dad.He is the only person she recognises
now.Nothing too much trouble and they have both enjoyed the trips out last year. The meals are freshly prepared and the staff are so helpful and adaptable especially with mum who is a fussy eater.

Beech Grove is run really well all staff are friendly and caring and also very helpful a good atmosphere throughout happy as well, mum is happy and safe and that it my main thing for her and the managament as helpful and always there if needed to answer any questions.

The staff are extremely helpful and kind, they go out of their way to demonstrate their committment to ensure the life of the residents is as good as can be. The meals are cooked fresh everyday, they are well balanced and residents' likes & dislikes taken into account.

Beech Grove provides a welcoming environment with very attentive care/support staff, managed effectively from the top. On the odd occasion where staff have been less helpful (nights) this has been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The rooms are adequate for an individual's needs but the tidiness
and cleanliness is sometimes lacking.
Overall a good experience in the areas that really matter.

My mum has been in this care home for a few months now, and I am so delighted with the care she receives. The staff are just great, so friendly, helpful, attentive, and really listen to concerns and advice from relatives. This care home has lots of love and fun, for both the residents and also among
the staff. The staff have cared for my mum above my hopes and I am so thankful for them and the 'home' they provide for her. It feels like one big family. They also rise well to challenges and changing care needs.

My mum came into the home for assessment and put in a small room. She is now permanent & no bigger room available at the moment, but we would like a bigger one as soon as possible.
The food seems excellent and always plenty.
All staff - nurses, domestic, manager are fantastic, really helpful to
families. (I work in care) All patients treated with alot of dignity & kindness.
The kitchen staff excellent/good food + helpful.

Beech Grove has provided a high standard of care for my mum. The staff show kindness and compassion and go above and beyond each time I visit. My mum has been a resident there for nearly seven years, during which time her condition has understandably deteriorated. However, her care needs have
changed and this continues to be met at a very high, individualised standard.

My mum lives at beech grove and finds the staff very caring and know the residents well , and have a person centred approach to the care they give .

Mum is well cared for. The staff are all very caring. They look after her very well. They always go the extra mile. When we visit, they make us welcome and offer refreshments.
The home offers activities and they have parties regularly for all events throughout the year.
Mum enjoys the food, it is
prepared on-site. They offer a good variety and always make sure she has her favourites. We are very satisfied with the care she receives.

Beech Grove is a wonderful care home and my mother is very well looked after. The staff are superb and cannot do too much to help. Visiting is easy and we are always made very welcome.

Residents are looked after in a happy and caring environment. Their needs are attended to with dignity and love. Activities and outings are arranged for those who are able. As visitors we are made very welcome, so as a family we are pleased that my husband and their dad is in the care of Beech

The staff are the ones that make this residential home caring. They work unbelievably hard. All staff are friendly, compassionate and shines a mile, that they care.

The home provided a safe and welcoming environment for my dad.
The carers were wonderful and obviously thought a lot of my dad.
He always seemed happy and content at the home whenever we visited.

My mother has been at Beech Grove for two years now and the care she receives is very good. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and always have a smile and make me feel very welcome when I visit. A few members of our family came to visit Mum just before Christmas and a puppy and small
children. They went out of their way to accommodate us and made us so welcome it was lovely and made Mum's Christmas very special. I am very happy with the care my mother receives. A very happy home with lovely caring staff.

My mother has been a resident at Beech Grove for almost two years and has settled in completely. The staff are hard-working, caring and friendly. My mother is content, safe and could not be in better hands. I am more than happy to recommend Beech Grove to anyone who would need its services.

All the staff at Beech Grove are very helpful. The care they have shown my mother over the last two years has been excellent. If a problem arises at any time it is quickly attended to by the relevant team/staff. Family members are kept up to date with everything that's happening.
