My mother-in-law was admitted in the summer of 2025, due to not coping at home. This was extremely distressing for her and our family. The staff were very good at helping her to settle in, and also advising the family.
She has now settled in extremely well, and made friends with the other
residents. Daily activities are carried out to stimulate the residents, and we have noticed a great improvement in our family member.
The staff are very approachable and listen to any concerns.
The management are always available if we need to discuss anything with them.
Overall, a brilliant care home, brilliant staff, food is very good and I cant fault anything. Would recommend Bluebell House.

I have found all of the staff friendly and helpful. My mum has settled really well and seems very happy. They had lots of activities on the build up to Christmas, which everyone looked to be enjoying. I live abroad , so seeing my mum in this homely environment, means I can go home knowing my mum is
safe and being well cared for.

Our family cannot thank the team at Bluebell enough for the incredible care they provide to our mum. From day one, it was clear that her wellbeing is their utmost priority. Knowing that she is in such capable and compassionate hands truly puts our minds at rest.
The home itself is beautiful and
clean, yet it maintains a warm, 'home from home' atmosphere rather than feeling clinical. There is always something going on to keep the residents entertained, and the communication from the staff is excellent. We especially love seeing photos of Mum having fun on their social media-it's wonderful to see her so active and engaged! Mum is very settled and, most importantly, happy. When she is happy, we are happy. We highly recommend Bluebell to any family looking for quality care."

My mother has been at Bluebell House for 12 months, she is 92 and has dementia and is very happy at Bluebells. She calls it home and her family. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble and the care is fantastic. The ensuite bedrooms are lovely and clean and the food is tasty home-cooked
food. The Home has people that come in and entertain the residence and they take them out on little trips. We have peace of mind knowing that mum is so well looked after and cared for and happy and safe. We fell very lucky that mum is at Blubell house because it is most definitely the best in the area.

We have always found this home to feel like a home from home. Family are welcomed at anytime without the need for prior consultation. The staff are genuinely caring of the residents and have their well-being at the heart of all they do.
The home is well managed, friendly, welcoming and well kept.

Wonderful, warm friendly home, all the staff are so helpful, and are happy to help in anyway they can, it feels comforting knowing my aunt is happy content and safe.
She has made good friends and settled in so quickly, her room is beautiful full of her memories and photographs from home, she often
thinks she's on her cruise ship holidays as she's treated so well, and loves the puddings and treats she gets throughout the day, never lonely has the best company. A fabulous professional team of staff I would recommend Bluebell House in a heartbeat.

Excellent care for residents, staff very capable, caring & efficient. Food excellent inc portions staff always welcoming - on the ball when extra care meds are required, very nice place for those needing extra care.

Words cannot describe how wonderful this care home is. It is more of a community where everyone gets on so well with each other - it's our new little family.
As a family we were terrified of my nan going into care as we have had such bad experiences in the past.
The home is so clean that when
you walk in it's like walking into a lovely bed and breakfast. The room my Nan has is a new build room and is furnished beautifully. Every time we visit the bed is clean, the floors hoovered like a lush hotel. I would stay there myself!
The food is diverse and inclusive to everyone. Inc vegetarian options!
Food is presented to the residents in which encourages them to eat instead of just shoved infront of them. My nan looks so much healthier mentally and physically since coming here.
One staff member in particular organises the place in a way different to other care homes. It's organised, the staff are flawless and I leave my visits feeling calm and assured.

From first setting foot to view Bluebell house to my mum moving in at the beginning of February all our family have felt very welcome. All the staff are friendly, helpful and caring. It is clean, smells fresh and the decor lovely. My mums room is cosy and was decorated before she moved in. Mum loves
the food, they even have chocolate biscuits with their refreshments. Mum has been taken into the area for a walk and lunch and she has done various activities which we see on their social media page.

From the minute we looked around Bluebell House 8 weeks ago we knew it was the right place for mum. The home is welcoming, warm and friendly. All the staff are very approachable and nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent Care Home, my mum has settled in beautifully thanks to the wonderful staff and management, nothing is too much trouble.
The entertainment and trips out are great my mum is partaking which is just brilliant to see as I never imagined she would.
So clean and fresh an absolute pleasure to
visit. My mum is very happy which gives me peace of mind and has made our relationship what it should be no longer a job but quality time together.

From our initial enquiry to home visit, to transition from home to Bluebell House Residential Care Home every aspect of the process has ben outstanding. The staff are caring, considerate and friendly. Bluebell House provides a wide variety of experiences for its residents, it is beautifully
decorated with a choice of three sitting areas. Mum has settled well and made new friends. Thank you to all, we are happy knowing Mum's safe and happy.

Beautifully decorated care home with friendly and caring staff.
The residents are served three lovely meals each day with a choice and served drinks and biscuits throughout the day, so they don't go without food.
Each resident is cared for according to their individual needs.

My grandma came into the care at Bluebell House in 2022 after a fall at home and as a step into going back home. The care my grandma has received since then has been second to none. She is now a resident and she is so well looked after. I visit the home quite often and every time I am welcomed as if
it is my grandma’s home. Nothing is too much trouble and I know she is receiving the best care. Every month or so there is an event like a Halloween party with a singer, afternoon tea and a BBQ. It is so lovely to go and spend time with my grandma and her friends. Thank you Bluebell House for looking after my grandma and giving us the comfort she is in the safest place.

Mum was admitted to Bluebell Court after a fall and a 5-week stay in hospital. She initially went in for respite and after a review by social services, it was decided Mum would benefit from a longer stay. During this time the staff and attention given to Mum impressed all the family. It was decided
by Mum and the family that the care and supervision she was receiving would be beneficial to her. She decided to sell her bungalow and go into long-term care. Mum has a special dietary need and this is well catered for. The staff treat all the residents like family. I would not hesitate to recommend Bluebell Court to anyone considering a care home for a friend or member of the family.
