My dad has been a resident in Three Elms since 2021. Throughout his time at the home he has always been very well looked after. The staff at the home are very engaging and nothing is too much trouble. The home engage the residents in regular activities and although my dad doesn't join in a lot of
them, out of choice, he does enjoy river walks and trips out to local cafes. Although the home may not be as modern as some of the newer homes, I cannot fault the care given, which to me is much more important. It is often one of the hardest decisions a family have to make to put a loved one into care but now dad is settled, he views this as his home and it a comfort to know he is safe and well looked after

My Dad initially was in Three Elms for respite care as sadly my Mum could no longer care for his needs. After a couple of months he was made a permanent resident. The care he receives is second to none, he is always lovely and clean and is obviously well fed as he has put on weight since being
there. From my experience all of the staff are lovely they are really friendly to us and after only a few weeks knew my Dad well, he isn't the easiest person and doesn't make friends easily, he likes things done how he likes them and certain things really irritate him, the staff picked up on this very quickly even knowing from a slight difference in his facial expressions. A care home was the last resort for us and it broke my heart having to take him, but in all honesty I don't think we could have chosen a better place for him. I'm always kept informed of any changes in Dad or asked if he can join in excursions etc, a really lovely place with lovely people

Thank you so much to the Management Team and Staff for making my Dad so welcome and ensuring that he immediately felt at home.
You all went above and beyond to make him feel at ease and assured him that nothing was a problem.
A huge thank you to Caroline who came out to see him before he moved
in, in order to give him the opportunity to ask any questions that he had, and to ease any doubts that were on his mind.
She even came in on her day off to welcome him so that he saw a friendly and familiar face on his arrival.
His room had been decorated and new curtains purchased and put up. It smelt and looked beautifully clean. The maintenance Gentleman even built a standard lamp that I had bought to save me doing it. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff, and that has been the case ever since we arrived.
The level of care and service is truly exceptional and my Dad is very happy, which means the absolute world to me.
Thank you all so very much.

My mum has been a resident at Three elms for around 2years now. They have been more than helpful in every aspect of her care from moving over from respite to residential care. They are all so caring, helpful and supportive towards our whole family, nothing is too much trouble. They listen to
suggestions and act on any issues immediately. Every person I have come in to contact with that works there seems to genuinely care, from cleaners, to maintenance, activity coordinators to management and office staff they are all brilliant. I would happily recommend the home to anyone.
Also the choice and amount of activities the residents have access to are great from having a pamper day to days out or spending time in their beautiful gardens. Its comforting to know how loved, cared for and looked after mum is when we aren't there and that her needs and wishes are met and respected.

My elderly relative was placed in 3 Elms Care Home over a year ago.
I arranged to visit prior to finalising.
What led me to choose here was how fantastic the Staff were.
The engagement by staff with residents made it a clear winner, based on the 4 other care homes I had also visited prior.
My
relative lives with Dementia, yet all her needs are met and beyond due to the staff.
Meals provided are Great, with lots of variety.
Room is Spotless and meets all my Aunties needs.
A constant flow of cups of tea makes my Aunties day.
Medication and constant reviews have shown a marked improvement in my Auntie, especially improving her once Low Moods.
The Home is very secure for Residents Safety whilst providing the right amount of Independant Living.
Activities for residents to take part in are also provided ( A Nice Touch)
So Glad I found this Place for my Auntie.
Hats off to Management and Staff.

We've had such a positive experience with Three Elms where mum has been staying. The staff have been nothing short of amazing-kind, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. From helping with hospital appointments to helping with crossword puzzles, nothing is too much trouble.
From
day one, they made her feel at home, and it gave us real peace of mind knowing she's in such good hands. The place is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming, homely feel. She has been getting involved in the activities and trips, which has really lifted her spirits. As her condition and health changes, close monitoring, support and care offered continues to be excellent.
Special thanks to all staff. Office staff, care staff, and entertainment staff-your compassion, patience, and hard work don't go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate everything you do.
We feel lucky to have found a place like this and would happily recommend Three Elms to other families looking for quality care.

My grandma has been living at the Three Elms for the last few years, and I can honestly say the care she receives is outstanding. The staff are all incredibly kind, patient, and go above and beyond to make sure she feels comfortable, safe, and happy.
It gives us such peace of mind knowing she's
surrounded by people who not only take care of her medical needs, but also treat her with dignity, respect, and warmth. They always take the time to engage with her, encourage her to join in activities, and make her feel part of a family.
I can't thank all the staff enough for everything they do for her. It means the world to know she is in such good hands. I would highly recommend the Three Elms to anyone looking for a place where their loved one.

Dad recently needed to move into a care home was a stressful time for both himself and our family. From day one staff, management and senior carers without exception have been professional, caring and helpful, giving us advice and guidance, making a difficult time easier for us all. Having worked in
the industry myself until recently I have nothing but praise for all concerned. It isn't easy working in the care industry, but staff always have time for both Dad and ourselves when we visit. The building is spotless, Dad's room is always clean and well-maintained, and Dad himself well turned out. The communication and updates on Dad are regular. The food is varied and appropriate for the residents, and there's regular activities.

My father was provided with respite care for a month following a stay in hospital. Throughout his stay he was treated with kindness, dignity and in a highly professional manner by all the care team. I was kept regularly updated on his progress, and on my visits was always made to feel welcome.

My mother has been in Three Elms for three and a half years. She is well cared for and treated with dignity and respect. The care support staff are lovely, friendly and very caring. Nobody would choose to put their precious family into a care home but when there is no choice you need to know your
family member is safe and cared for. Three Elms gives me this.

I was dreading my mum-in-law going into the Three Elms as she's been in respite in one and a bed to assess in another and they weren't great, but I'm so glad we chose the Three Elms as her forever home. The care, meals and everything else are second to none, it's clean and tidy at all times, and the
staff are amazing, including all office staff, the maintenance guys, cleaners and carers. They treat residents and families as if they were their own. Nothing is ever too much and they always have an ear ready for you if you need a chat. Thanks, Three Elms for everything you do for my mum-in-law I can rest easy knowing she very well looked after when we're not there.

The staff are lovely and couldn’t do any more for my nan. Since Nan has been in she wouldn’t let anyone shower her apart from family but by giving Nan time and staff forming a bond with her she now comfortably lets staff shower her which has taken a big strain off our family. There is nothing anyone
in the home won’t do and nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff. Every time I have visited it’s always been lovely and clean and all other residents including my nan always seem happy and content.

I am so pleased that my mum had the privilege of managing to get into the Three Elms, which will be for the rest of her life. The staff are absolutely amazing, and nothing is any trouble for them at all, we are always made welcome, with big smiles, and politeness and anything we need to know, we are
kept well informed. Out of 3 other homes she has stayed in, The Three Elms is the absolute best, always clean smells fresh, has excellent food, loads of things to do, and places to go, it's unbelievable. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. People shouldn't have to spend the rest of their lives in places which I wouldn't even put my cat in! Three Elms is the only place, where care, actually means care and total respect for everyone who sets foot in the building. It's like having a massive family under one roof! Well done to you all, and thank you for what you do for mum.

This is the 4th anniversary of my mother arriving at Three Elms. During her time there she has been made so comfortable. Her dementia makes her anxious but the staff always take the time to sit with her until she becomes settled again. Family visit at least 3 times a week and are always greeted by
cheerful staff, even given tea and biscuits to enjoy with her during our visits. We are always informed of any changes to her condition so are able to relax knowing that her care is uppermost there.
19 May 2023
My aunt was under the care of Three Elms for over 3 years. Whilst there she was made very welcome and very well cared for. When I visited I was always reassured to see the care provided for her was of a high standard no matter what day of the week/weekend or time of day it was, the staff were always
happy to attend to her needs.
Sadly my aunt passed recently at the grand age of 92. I can only say that all the staff made my aunt very comfortable in her last days and she passed peacefully.
Thank you to the manager and all the nursing team.
19 January 2023
My mum became a resident in 2012 and spent over ten happy years at the home until she sadly passed away in December 2022. The staff and management at Three Elms were exemplary in their care and compassion towards my mother's needs and it was very comforting to know that, in my absence, Mum was being
looked after very well. There were occasions when Mum could be quite a character and something of a challenge for both the other residents and the staff, but thankfully they all took this in their stride. The regular activities were something which were enjoyed very much by Mum and she relished the idea of joining in with dancing and singing on each occasion. I cherish the many photographs of Mum's time at Three Elms, which were kindly uploaded to her online tribute page. On the day of Mum's funeral, the cortege paused at the care home, whereby all the staff came out to pay their last respects to one of their longstanding residents. I shall never forget this very touching occasion.

Our father and grandfather was a resident at Three Elms for over five years.
Visiting once or twice a week, our family members became well known to all the staff. Homely surroundings that are extra special and loving, the management and staff were always available to make contact with and discuss
any ensuing situations with our Dad. We firmly believe there could not have been a better home for Dad to be looked after in his final years. We arranged on his death this year, at the age of 97 years, for the funeral cortège to leave from the home. A large number of staff turned out to say goodbye from the home forecourt and some even attended the funeral. A truly magnificent care home and should any of our family ever need looking after, we have booked in advance. Lots of love to them all.

My mum has been here for 3 years. She's very happy, well cared for and has plenty of things for her to take part in. The staff are friendly and caring. We always feel welcomed when we visit. They keep us up to date with her care.

My gorgeous Nan has been a resident since January 2022. From the first day, all the staff have been welcoming and caring to my Nan and myself. We had a few tough weeks at first with an outbreak of covid, which was very hard as I was unable to visit Nan for 5 weeks and this being the longest time
without seeing her and her having dementia was hard but the staff reassured us that Nan was keeping well and settled in. She goes on outings in the local areas and loves to join in with gardening. The home has held lots of activities that helps keep Nan busy and we are encouraged to join in too. Last week was her 90th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to organise a buffet that was amazing and let us have use of a room to invite some family and friends to gather and celebrate with Nan. We all had an amazing day and Nan had her wish come true of having all her family and friends around her. I cannot thank the staff enough for what they do to help my Nan.
