I come to the home a few times a week and all the staff are always very welcoming and chat to me. Anything I have asked, they have been great and very helpful.

My late father was cared for by the wonderful staff; they did everything they could for him, feeding him, washing him, and even shaving him. We were glad he had 24-hour care, which we couldn't provide for at home, so grateful there are places like this.

Nice caring considerate people looked after my wife. Friendly atmosphere. Staff are attentive and dedicated. It's a nice place to be. I would definitely recommend this home to people.

Mum is really well cared for and looked after. The staff are fantastic and couldn't be more courteous to us and is first rate.

Staff always friendly and welcoming, staff seem caring towards the residents. Always a quiet atmosphere. Premises are clean indoors and outdoors.

I am quite happy with the treatment my wife receives. The staff are thoughtful and caring and look after her very well.

My mother-in-law has received the highest of care. Nothing is too much for the staff.
She is always dressed appropriately in matching clothes.
Relatives are treated as part of the Ferndale family and the office door is always open.

The staff are always polite and helpful. The care home is always clean and tidy. Food is well-presented and tasty.

My partner's mother has only been in the home for five days, my review is limited.
From the short period, my observations are that this home appears to meet all of the resident's needs. The facilities are very good and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
The managers have helped my partner
to get things sorted out in getting her mother into the home.

My parents are both in Ferndale Mews Care Home, they have been cared for by the staff for three months now and are receiving the best care possible. Any concerns we have are dealt with promptly and to the best of their ability. They are treated with dignity and respect. The staff are happy and
willing to help and ensure my parents are safe and cared for.

Ferndale Mews is excellent. They have surpassed anything I could ever have imagined in terms of care for my husband. He entered the home 3 weeks ago with very complex dementia care needs. He took ill a few days ago and all the staff were excellent. All their training and care qualities took over and
they ensured that he received the help he needed and I could tell that they have followed the necessary steps put in place to ensure that my husband was cared for. He visited the hospital and returned to the care home 2 days later and it really was like going back home. His face was beaming when he returned and that said it all for me. He even joined in the chair exercise class when he got back there. My husband is in very safe hands and I would thoroughly recommend Ferndale Mews. They do not just care, they really care.

I am satisfied with the care mum is receiving and the staff are all very caring and respectful. Mum tells us often how she is being well taken care of. Your staff clearly all work hard to make the residents feel at ease and the families too. Mum's room is kept clean, she is enjoying her meals, and
the nurses and carers are attentive.

I can only praise the staff here, from the admin to the cleaners. They all have a smile on their faces. They take great care of the residents and treat them with respect. The home itself is well laid out, clean and maintained.
