My mum went into Field View Care Home in October. She has made friends with staff and residents. She is very happy there. Over Christmas was amazing. She went out to pubs etc. Activities and parties in the care home were great, in fact she had a better social life than myself. I would give the care

Nan was taken into Field View in October and has been very happy there. Entertainment, staff and home are all excellent.

Mum joined Field View Care Home at the end of October. I can not praise the staff highly enough for the welcome she received. The team at Field View are amazing. They are quite simply superb. Thanks to them all Mum has settled quickly. She is happy, safe and smiling again. Field View is an open
book; visitors are welcome at any time. As a family, we are so appreciative that mum is here and we can't thank them enough for the care they give.

Mum has only been at Field View a few weeks, but in that time, there has been a transformation in her general wellbeing and demeanour. Thanks to all the wonderful staff, Mum is settled into a happy and secure environment, so we know she is in safe hands. There is a relaxed and homely atmosphere at
Field View, which is a testament to the hard working and caring staff. We could not ask for a better environment for Mum. Thank you to all of the staff at Field View.

My mother is in Field View and has been for a few months, the care my mum receives is out of the world, everyone is so caring and nothing is too much trouble for anyone of them. The home manager is very approachable, always asking if everything is ok. Superstars they all are.

I visit my friend on a regular bassis, so I get to enjoy all the activeties, that are set up for the residents. Like we went to a simmer fair this weekend and there was music som dancers, bingo stall, my friend won 2 prizes, we had a lovely day out. Thier is always some thing going on, most mean

Visited my grandma, she was very happy, joining activities within the home.
Staff looked happy, always willing to help where needed.
All residents look well cared for.
The manager and the deputy manager are always about to help.

The staff are always kind and helpful. Saturday and Sundays always seem light in staff and management. I do find the incontinence pads inadequate, sometimes they are at the bottom of the trouser leg. The meal times I often see food stains down the front of residents, which could be remedied by a
plastic-based Tabard, which then could be wiped down, saving mounds of washing.

Sadly my mother came into Field View on Wednesday 6th November 2024 as "end of life" from hospital. All your staff from management to carers, kitchen staff and cleaners were amazing how they treated and cared for my mum whilst she was there in her room - nothing was too much trouble and all our
family and friends felt the same too. Sadly mum passed away on 16th December 2024 again the staff were so compassionate. Thank you.

My mum has been in the care home for approximately nine years under two different owners. I have been impressed by the new owners and I have no concerns. The home is clean, warm and a pleasure to visit. The staff are polite and friendly and the management is approachable and informed. We have very
good communication in place should there be any problems.

Visited my mother in law today and she's so happy and content in her own little world of dementia. It's nice to see her with such cheer. The staff are wonderful and we know they go above and beyond for their residents. We are so happy she's in a safe environment.

Overall very good. Mum is settled and well looked after. We have noticed more activities and enjoying seeing her participate in these, is it really important to us for her to be engaged.

My mum is new to the care home but she has been in and out of hospital since she arrived, but I am happy with the care she receives. She is well looked after here at Field View.

Mum has been a resident for over 2 years it took her a while to adapt but she is fine now. She doesn't always join in the activities but enjoys watching what's going on. The home has had a programme of improvement and decoration recently which has made it an attractive place for the residents to
spend time. The staff are helpful, pleasant and kind and I am satisfied with the decision for mum to live at Field View.

My partner has not been at the home long, the manager was so helpful in getting him into the home. The care staff treat everybody with dignity and respect, the home is so friendly and lovely to see. Thank you Field View, staff team.

Living rooms are bright, colourful and welcoming meals always smell lovely and no complaints from my uncle. The carers are always on hand to assist residents and answer any questions I may have. One carer and Senior Carer are always pleasant, and helpful and treat the residents with dignity at all
times. I cannot praise all the staff here enough, they are all amazing and do a fantastic job.
