I visited Bolingbroke house today and was made to feel very welcome, the home has a very homely feel to it and I could hear lots of laughter coming from the lounge it was lovely to hear, knowing the people living in this beautiful home are happy and well looked after. 100% would recommend to my
friends for their family members

I came to visit my friend that lives at Bollingbroke House. Staff were so friendly. Was introduced to the new management Laura soon to be registered manager and new deputy manager Monika. Both very welcoming.
The home looks very homely. Highly recommend this beautiful home

What a beautiful home the staff are lovely and very welcoming and the new managers are a breath of fresh air can't wait to see what's to come in the future for Bolingbroke house and I look forward to my next visit

My mum has just spent two weeks at Bollingbroke House for respite support and was very anxious before her stay. Within a few hours of leaving her she had settled in; when speaking to her the following day she only had positive things to say.
When speaking to team members there I found them to be
helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The house is very homely, clean, nicely decorated and not too big. All the people living there seemed happy and well cared for. Mum really enjoyed the activities and food and said to me the support workers were kind and caring.
Before this visit mum was extremely worried about her future and moving in to care. The positive visit has helped reduce some of those fears.
Mums comment when asked:
Excellent stay...attentive and caring staff. Most of the staff were friendly and good fun. An overall good experience.

My husband had a few visits while I had a holiday. He was made permanent May 2024. He seemed to settle straight away. The staff are brilliant, I am kept informed with everything that is happening regarding him. I like how the residents are treated with the utmost respect from all staff.

Lovely, caring staff, clean rooms throughout, and activities organized which are great fun. Staff get stuck in to clean and tidy up. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff to do. Every service user is well dressed in their own clothes. Meals are good. Mum loves it there. We are made more than
welcome when we visit Mum.

My mum is in this care home. All the residents are well looked after. Always dressed smart and well looked after. The staff are absolutely brilliant. Always made to feel welcome and spoken to very respectfully. All the staff I have met are absolutely amazing.

Knowing that Mum is safe and well cared for is so important to us as a family. The staff have all got to know Mum so well and know how to adapt and attend to her changing needs. We are so thankful to all the staff at Bollingbroke House for the way they look after Mum as a part of their extended
family.

We cannot fault this care home at all. It is spotless and clean, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Any problems, e.g. medical staff are straight on it with doctors or ambulance which gives you peace of mind.

My mum was in for respite stay, she fully enjoyed her stay and keeps asking to come back. All staff were lovely and treated my mum with dignity and respect. My mum is on a level 4/5 diest and all her dietary needs were lovely and presentable. I would not hesitate to bring my mum back to Bollingbroke
House.

The Care Home is well run, management is involved with day-to-day activities in the care home. All care staff are friendly and caring towards residents. The home is clean and well maintained, decorated beautifully for special occasions. The food looks like good quality home-cooked meals.

From the first day we came to Bollingbroke House the management and staff team have been brilliant with my mum and all the family that visit the care home. We know that she is well cared for and safe.

When my mum first arrived at Bollingbroke House she was end of life and bedridden. Over time she received good care and became stronger. Even though she has dementia she's improved physically. I put this down to good care by the staff and the good food that is served daily. I understand she's not
always the most cooperative of service users but the patience and dedication of the care staff is amazing. I have peace of mind that my mum is settled here and happy in her own way. Thanks to all.

My father has been for respite in 2 previous care homes, but this is third time lucky. Bollingbroke House is far superior, being clean, friendly and having a warm atmosphere. I know I can be at peace knowing my father is well looked after 24/7.

Since my mum came to Bollingbroke her health and happiness have improved beyond belief, the staff are fantastic, interacting with residents and relatives, always smiling under sometimes challenging situations. They also arrange various outings and activities which my mum loves. I would not hesitate
to recommend this home to anyone.

The best care home I have ever visited, my brother is so settled in Bollingbroke, the staff are amazing with him, and also with family, they cannot do enough for you, there is always something happening (e.g.) singers, coffee mornings, the Christmas and Halloween parties were fantastic, all staff
deserve so much.

I would like to say what excellent staff at this care home. Great work done by management that run the care home. Everything is very clean and tidy, it has all been redecorated, which looks very nice. The Christmas decorations were excellent. It is nice to know my husband is in good hands with the
care he needs. Thanks to everybody.

The care at Bollingbroke House is excellent - the staff are very attentive and helpful. They do everything they can to enrich the lives of the residents and include them in activities. Nothing is too much trouble. The home is always clean and the residents praise the food.

My review of Bollingbroke House in the last month, it has been difficult for us, as a family, seeing my sister in bed a lot of days but we find some of the staff really lovely and pleasant and really aim to please. I think there should be a little more activities for residents. The cleaners are
always busy, rooms are lovely and clean. Think there could be a little more entertainment for residents.
