My Mum has recently moved to Bollingbroke House and the staff, Manager and Deputy Manager have been exceptional - responding to her needs, helping to settle her in and giving us such a warm welcome. They go above and beyond everyday to make sure the residents are well cared for.

The staff were friendly and helpful and from watching them interact with residents it was clear they cared about the people they were caring for.

You could sense a team approach towards the running of the home and the staff happily worked with each other to carry out their duties.

I came to visit my friend that lives at Bollingbroke House. Staff were so friendly. Was introduced to the new management Laura soon to be registered manager and new deputy manager Monika. Both very welcoming.

My mum has just spent two weeks at Bollingbroke House for respite support and was very anxious before her stay. Within a few hours of leaving her she had settled in; when speaking to her the following day she only had positive things to say.

My mum has just spent two weeks at Bollingbroke House for respite support and was very anxious before her stay. Within a few hours of leaving her she had settled in; when speaking to her the following day she only had positive things to say.
When speaking to team members there I found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The house is very homely, clean, nicely decorated and not too big. All the people living there seemed happy and well cared for. Mum really enjoyed the activities and food and said to me the support workers were kind and caring.
Before this visit mum was extremely worried about her future and moving in to care. The positive visit has helped reduce some of those fears.

My husband had a few visits while I had a holiday. He was made permanent May 2024. He seemed to settle straight away. The staff are brilliant, I am kept informed with everything that is happening regarding him. I like how the residents are treated with the utmost respect from all staff.

My mum is in this care home. All the residents are well looked after. Always dressed smart and well looked after. The staff are absolutely brilliant. Always made to feel welcome and spoken to very respectfully. All the staff I have met are absolutely amazing.

When my mum first arrived at Bollingbroke House she was end of life and bedridden. Over time she received good care and became stronger. Even though she has dementia she's improved physically. When my mum first arrived at Bollingbroke House she was end of life and bedridden. Over time she received good care and became stronger. Even though she has dementia she's improved physically. I put this down to good care by the staff and the good food that is served daily. I understand she's not always the most cooperative of service users but the patience and dedication of the care staff is amazing. I have peace of mind that my mum is settled here and happy in her own way. Thanks to all.

My father has been for respite in 2 previous care homes, but this is third time lucky. Bollingbroke House is far superior, being clean, friendly and having a warm atmosphere. I know I can be at peace knowing my father is well looked after 24/7.
