My Mum has recently moved to Bollingbroke House and the staff, Manager and Deputy Manager have been exceptional - responding to her needs, helping to settle her in and giving us such a warm welcome. They go above and beyond everyday to make sure the residents are well cared for.

I visited Bolingbroke house today and was made to feel very welcome, the home has a very homely feel to it and I could hear lots of laughter coming from the lounge it was lovely to hear, knowing the people living in this beautiful home are happy and well looked after. 100% would recommend to my friends for their family members

My husband had a few visits while I had a holiday. He was made permanent May 2024. He seemed to settle straight away. The staff are brilliant, I am kept informed with everything that is happening regarding him. I like how the residents are treated with the utmost respect from all staff.

Lovely, caring staff, clean rooms throughout, and activities organized which are great fun. Staff get stuck in to clean and tidy up. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff to do. Every service user is well dressed in their own clothes. Meals are good. Mum loves it there. We are made more than welcome when we visit Mum.

Knowing that Mum is safe and well cared for is so important to us as a family. The staff have all got to know Mum so well and know how to adapt and attend to her changing needs. Mum spent her last 5 weeks of life in Moorleigh. From the very outset, we were impressed with the care she received. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. No questions were left unanswered. We were called in a timely manner at the end and were allowed to remain with Mum for as long as we wanted. Throughout her stay, we were able to come and go as we pleased and always received a warm welcome from whichever member of staff opened the door.

I would not recommend anyone visit Moorleigh Nursing Home using a motorcycle, I had my scooter stolen from their car park, even though it was chained up. This was last month June and I'm waiting for someone to contact me regarding CCTV.
We are really sorry for your experience, this unfortunate situation was beyond our control. The perpetrators of this crime came prepared with a cutter for the chain. On the day your motorcycle was stolen, we did experience a power outage on the CCTV but have since managed to recover the footage. On...
We cannot fault this care home at all. It is spotless and clean, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Any problems, e.g. medical staff are straight on it with doctors or ambulance which gives you peace of mind.

My mum was in for respite stay, she fully enjoyed her stay and keeps asking to come back. All staff were lovely and treated my mum with dignity and respect. My mum is on a level 4/5 diest and all her dietary needs were lovely and presentable. I would not hesitate to bring my mum back to Bollingbroke House.

From the first day we came to Bollingbroke House the management and staff team have been brilliant with my mum and all the family that visit the care home. We know that she is well cared for and safe.

When my mum first arrived at Bollingbroke House she was end of life and bedridden. Over time she received good care and became stronger. Even though she has dementia she's improved physically. I put this down to good care by the staff and the good food that is served daily. I understand she's not always the most cooperative of service users but the patience and dedication of the care staff is amazing. I have peace of mind that my mum is settled here and happy in her own way. Thanks to all.

My father has been for respite in 2 previous care homes, but this is third time lucky. Bollingbroke House is far superior, being clean, friendly and having a warm atmosphere. I know I can be at peace knowing my father is well looked after 24/7.

Since my mum came to Bollingbroke her health and happiness have improved beyond belief, the staff are fantastic, interacting with residents and relatives, always smiling under sometimes challenging situations. They also arrange various outings and activities which my mum loves. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone.
