My Mum has recently moved to Bollingbroke House and the staff, Manager and Deputy Manager have been exceptional - responding to her needs, helping to settle her in and giving us such a warm welcome. They go above and beyond everyday to make sure the residents are well cared for.

You could sense a team approach towards the running of the home and the staff happily worked with each other to carry out their duties.

I visited Bolingbroke house today and was made to feel very welcome, the home has a very homely feel to it and I could hear lots of laughter coming from the lounge it was lovely to hear, knowing the people living in this beautiful home are happy and well looked after. 100% would recommend to my friends for their family members

Excellent stay...attentive and caring staff. Most of the staff were friendly and good fun. An overall good experience.

My husband had a few visits while I had a holiday. He was made permanent May 2024. He seemed to settle straight away. The staff are brilliant, I am kept informed with everything that is happening regarding him. I like how the residents are treated with the utmost respect from all staff.

Lovely, caring staff, clean rooms throughout, and activities organized which are great fun. Staff get stuck in to clean and tidy up. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff to do. Every service user is well dressed in their own clothes. Meals are good. Mum loves it there. We are made more than welcome when we visit Mum.

I think the home is wonderful. The staff are all brilliant. My mum is happy and well cared for.

Knowing that Mum is safe and well cared for is so important to us as a family. The staff have all got to know Mum so well and know how to adapt and attend to her changing needs. We are so thankful to all the staff at Bollingbroke House for the way they look after Mum as a part of their extended family.

We cannot fault this care home at all. It is spotless and clean, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Any problems, e.g. medical staff are straight on it with doctors or ambulance which gives you peace of mind.

My mum was in for respite stay, she fully enjoyed her stay and keeps asking to come back. All staff were lovely and treated my mum with dignity and respect. My mum is on a level 4/5 diest and all her dietary needs were lovely and presentable. I would not hesitate to bring my mum back to Bollingbroke House.

From the first day we came to Bollingbroke House the management and staff team have been brilliant with my mum and all the family that visit the care home. We know that she is well cared for and safe.

When my mum first arrived at Bollingbroke House she was end of life and bedridden. Over time she received good care and became stronger. Even though she has dementia she's improved physically. I put this down to good care by the staff and the good food that is served daily. I understand she's not always the most cooperative of service users but the patience and dedication of the care staff is amazing. I have peace of mind that my mum is settled here and happy in her own way. Thanks to all.

My father has been for respite in 2 previous care homes, but this is third time lucky. Bollingbroke House is far superior, being clean, friendly and having a warm atmosphere. I know I can be at peace knowing my father is well looked after 24/7.

Since my mum came to Bollingbroke her health and happiness have improved beyond belief, the staff are fantastic, interacting with residents and relatives, always smiling under sometimes challenging situations. They also arrange various outings and activities which my mum loves. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone.

The best care home I have ever visited, my brother is so settled in Bollingbroke, the staff are amazing with him, and also with family, they cannot do enough for you, there is always something happening (e.g.) singers, coffee mornings, the Christmas and Halloween parties were fantastic, all staff deserve so much.

I would like to say what excellent staff at this care home. Great work done by management that run the care home. Everything is very clean and tidy, it has all been redecorated, which looks very nice. The Christmas decorations were excellent. It is nice to know my husband is in good hands with the care he needs.
