Our mum/nan stayed here for two weeks from day one the manager & staff couldn't do enough to help & put us at ease. We were able to come and have lunch with her even letting us choose what we'd like if they are so friendly and approachable nothing is too much trouble we as a family can't thank them enough our mum settled in so well she was genuinely content & happy and for us it was beautiful to watch we'll definitely be coming back. Will be a outstanding home when renovations are complete.

My Nanna has been a resident here for the past 6 weeks, whilst it was a difficult decision to move her from her home it is the best thing we could have done. The home has a lovely warm feel and all the staff are lovely. As a family we all feel so reassured that my Nanna is in the best place and is looked after. It is clear to see that the staff care deeply about the residents and their welfare.

So far our experience with orchard views has been exceptional. The staff are so helpful and cannot do enough for you. The food here is amazing everything home made even offer family members to sit and have dinner with their relative. The home its self is stunning they are still decorating half of the building but you can already see it will be stunning. Over all so far they have been amazing

Absolutely beautiful care home and well looked after. Staff are so helpful and ever so friendly my Nannan has had a wonderful time here and it's fair to say it's the only care home she has truly settled in for her restbite period. All friends and family were welcome through the door and treated all the same with teas and coffees on tap and we even got to eat with Nannan too making it that much more special. Would 100% recommend this care home my Nannan has never felt more but home.

On our visit to see my uncle at the care home, I was impressed with the amount of work that has been done since I last visited. Main entrance alot more inviting and the lounge is very relaxing with a huge, new flat screen TV. The staff have always been very friendly and always make us a drink when we arrive. My uncle is very happy there and always feels well looked after, which is the main thing.

My mum is a new resident here, it was a hard decision but as she has dementia it was best for her. I am so grateful to the manager and her team as they have given my mum the best care, she is safe, clean, cared for, has a structure to her day, company and has responded very well. It is going to be a little bumpy at times but I am positive she is in the best hands, I am very grateful to all the staff and have peace of mind now. Excellent care home & staff.

Found the staff to be very kind & helpful. The home has a nice feel to it, very warm & cosy. My mother in law is clean, safe, cared for and has company. We can't fault the home. Myself and my wife are reassured she is in the best place.

This was my first visit today to see Marie she was relaxed and sat in the lounge enjoying watching the TV. The staff were very nice and so approachable and friendly and put all at ease. Marie looks to have settled in lovely and it was lovely to see her happy, well dressed and looking better than I have seen her in a long time. We were offered food & drinks and made welcome.

This was my first visit to see Marie today and I was pleasantly surprised to see how happy she was and how much she had settled in. I found the home to be such a friendly place. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us and Marie.

The staff are caring and led by a professional manager. I feel they understand dementia and parkinsons. They understand mobilty and he is encouraged to move a lot. The food is excellent. My husband is well taken care of.

My experience and opinions of Orchard Views has been more than positive over the past 6 years. This was highlighted on a visit last month when I called to catch up with current residents that had become good friends during the time my late Aunt was a resident. The atmosphere was one of complete tranquillity. Staff greeted me with genuine warmth. After catching up with my friends in the home the manager gave me a tour of the home. All area were spotlessly clean and I was shown the recent renovations. The lounge area was very impressive, with a huge screen for viewing TV and films. Comfortable chairs were in abundance and the residents I met there were extremely happy and seemed most content. It was most telling as I observed the interaction between the staff and residents. There was a huge amount of respect given to all the residents. I hope and pray that my final days could be spent in a home with the same standards as Orchard Views.

Came to see my friend. He was looking well. We had lunch together and the food was great. The decor was really nice and the staff are lovely and very kind.

Very hospitable staff, manager very approachable and knowledgeable. The newly decorated lounge and dining room are decorated to a high standard. Warm and social atmosphere. My neighbour is content and settled here. I can visibly see she is taken care of, and is happy. This is a joy to see. Well done all.

1. Staff are caring and approachable. 2. Management and staff always keep us informed. 3. Meals are to a high standard. 4. Facilities (e.g. lounge areas, dining room, etc.) are being updated, the completed work so far is to a high standard.

I had a bad experience before I arrived at Orchard View, but I feel safe and secure now. I am happy, and the carers are my friends. The food is very good, because I used to have it blended, but now I can eat normally because I have what I ask for. I have been here 3 1/2 years and I enjoy being here, and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

Problems with heating sometimes too hot sometimes too cold. Staff very helpful.

Heating problems. Difficulty controlling a comfortable temperature. Helpful pleasant staff. Ensuite bath/wc would be good.
