Mum has been resident here for 18 months and is so happy and content in her surroundings. She loves the varied activities on often and has a lovely rapport with all staff.
Our family is more than happy with the excellent level of care and attention towards her. We cannot praise all the staff at
the home highly enough and are so happy we chose Riverside.

My nannan is,really happy in riverside they all look after her well especially john the cook and Joanne carer nothing is too much trouble for her she is wonderful and kind with residents sue the manager is,always happy to chat

My Dad has been a resident at Riverside Care Home Since November 2024. He has been comfortable and settled and his health has been consistent and his health issues have been managed well, Showing an overall improvement in his wellbeing and communication.
The management and staff are always friendly
and approachable and provide regular updates. Dad appears happy and family are extremely pleased with the care he is provided.

I would just like to thank the entire team/staff of Riverside Care Home for their professional care, kindness and personal attention they give my father since he became a resident. The manager, Sue, went above and beyond her role to give our family support during his transition to full-time care. He
is happy and relaxed. His quality of life has improved no end. Nothing is too much for the manager and staff. Can't thank them enough.

My mum had a 2 week stay at Riverside in Septrmbrt 2025. I cannot fault any part of her care while she was there. All the staff were absolutely amazing, I would like to thank them all for treating my mum with the care and dignity that she deserved. Nothing was too much trouble, we asked and the
staff made sure it was done. I observed the other residents while visiting my mum and they were all treated with respect and you could see that all the staff loved their jobs and not just doing 'a job'.

The staff have been incredibly welcoming, making our father feel truly at home. Their kindness, attentiveness and supportive atmosphere have turned what could have been a difficult transition into a very positive experience. Thanks to your staff at Riverside Residential Care Home, he is more than

The care home have been fabulous in supporting with emergency respite care , the manger is very helpful and the care team are great.
Very welcoming and nice atmosphere, there is always lots going off and all are included.
Meals look good and seem well balanced.
The staff team are attentive and if
a concern was raised they acted very promptly.

Having recently been admitted to this care home, I was so pleased to see that the word CARE is just what this home is all about. The residents seem happy, the visitors are treated with respect. I am so happy my husband is a resident here.

The care home was ideal for my wife. It was her first visit. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Her assigned room was homely and comfortable.The meals provided were substantial and enough for her needs. I thought that the home was very good indeed. The staff including the manger were very
friendly, helpful and efficient.

From the first moment of arriving at Riverside we knew we had made the right decision.The staff are absolutely fantastic, they could not have been more helpful and respectful. They treated us and my mother with dignity and respect at all times.Thank you so much.

Since my mum came to stay at Riverside, she has been happy as she didn't like the previous care home. At Riverside, there is always someone on hand to talk to; they really can't do enough for you. The place is clean and secure.
My mum gets in with staff and residents. I know my mum is in good hands
when we are not here. There are plenty of activities like bingo, etc. From management down to the cleaner, so nice.

My dad has recently moved into Riverside Care Home.
I am exceptionally happy with the patience, care, support and understanding Dad is receiving.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this care home for both residential and EMI residents.

Great home, my mum has been here for 5 months. The staff are brilliant with the residents, treating them with care and respect. Good facilities/rooms. They also provide a lot of facilities and activities and encourage participation they provide hairdressing facilities for those who want it. Staff
always have time to update/discuss relative with you.

My mum is very happy here, the staff are amazing with her. I have no complaints at all. very good care, the manager is always on hand and supportive.

Mum had advanced Alzheimer's & spent the last 5 months of her life here. She was wonderfully well cared for, from staff who made every effort to understand & meet her needs. Mum died in April 2025, we wanted to avoid hospital & Riverside made sure this was reality.
A fantastic place that is well
led & has a great team of very caring staff

We have been super happy with the care provided at Riverside. Mum has dementia and was very anxious and worried, she took a little while to settle, but after the first 6 weeks it has suggested she more to the extra care side of the care home. She settled almost immediately. We feel very grateful for
the care provided by the manager and her lovely staff. Mum is always clean and happy. Thank you.

Unexpectedly mum was admitted to Riverside care home. We did not have a choice of homes and were quite concerned but from day one the staff and management have been excellent. They are kind, caring, considerate and treat all the residents with respect. I feel mum is in a safe place and well looked
after.

Excellent care given from brilliant patient staff who always go the extra mile always with a smile and a sense of humour. They always treat the patients with dignity and kindness. They are always trying to involve them with games and crafts making things, having entertainment too .
The food always
looks very good too .
Well done to everyone involved in the care home .

My mum was in another care home for 4 years, she was treated so badly that she ended up in hospital for 3 weeks I hate that it took some thing like that to happen for me to find Riverside Care home. Since being here she has had the very best care, she is happy and smiling again, and the staff takes
pride in their job. They treat the residents with love and care. I really can't praise them enough.
