My dad came to Manor House in Nov 2017. He had a first-floor room initially and was able to have his cat with him, who was also given a care plan! But after a spell in hospital, he was moved to a ground floor room so they could keep an eye on him better. Unfortunately, he could not keep his cat in
a ground floor room but one of the night staff took her, which was brilliant.
The staff quickly got to know my dad's personality and recognise very quickly a change which means that he is unwell. They have reacted quickly and where required got ambulances and doctors out to see him. The whole team at Manor House are fantastic and I cannot thank them enough for the dedicated care they have provided to my dad. All the residents are treated with dignity and respect. Since dad going into Manor House I have peace of mind and know that he is very well cared for. Massive thank you to you all at Manor House.

The care given to my mother-in-law by the staff couldn't have been better they all showed such compassion. I have nothing but praise and admiration. Special people providing special care.

My mother-in-law had a water infection 2 weeks ago. The manager on duty was amazing - so helpful. My mother-in-law is 96 and we thought it was the end!

I enjoy living here because the staff are very good to us.

I would highly recommend the Manor House. My father was placed here after we brought him home after spending 20 years in Wiltshire.
All the staff are professional and helpful. My father was in an upstairs room (lift access), but in his final weeks was moved downstairs, so staff could keep an eye on
him. He had developed a good relationship with the staff. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for my father and al the other residents. I would definitely recommend this care home.

My mum has lived at Manor House for over two years and I am more than happy with the care that she receives. Brilliant home with brilliant staff that care for each resident individually.

Mum has been very happy since moving into Manor House. She's extremely well cared for. The staff are really nice and do an excellent job looking after the residents.

Wonderful staff always go the extra mile. All caring and patient with the residents and carers and family. A pleasure to visit my mum in the home. I feel confident she is safe and cared for with all staff.
