Manor House Care Home Reviews (12)
Over all time Manor House Care Home has 12 reviews.
The staff quickly got to know my dad's personality and recognise very quickly a change which means that he is unwell. They have reacted quickly and where required got ambulances and doctors out to see him. The whole team at Manor House are fantastic and I cannot thank them enough for the dedicated care they have provided to my dad. All the residents are treated with dignity and respect. Since dad going into Manor House I have peace of mind and know that he is very well cared for. Massive thank you to you all at Manor House.
Thank you so much, Carol, for your kind words, we all appreciate this. It is a pleasure caring for your lovely dad.
The care given to my mother-in-law by the staff couldn't have been better they all showed such compassion. I have nothing but praise and admiration. Special people providing special care.
Thank you so much for your kind words Gill. It was a pleasure to look after your mum in law.
My mother-in-law had a water infection 2 weeks ago. The manager on duty was amazing - so helpful. My mother-in-law is 96 and we thought it was the end!

Thank you Elsie, this is a lovely review about the home.
All the staff are professional and helpful. My father was in an upstairs room (lift access), but in his final weeks was moved downstairs, so staff could keep an eye on him. He had developed a good relationship with the staff. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for my father and al the other residents. I would definitely recommend this care home.
Thank you Michelle for your kind words, it was a pleasure to care for your lovely dad.
