Mum ( jean ) has been a resident at Victoria house for around 18 months , Mum settled in very well and adapted to her new living arrangements quite easily, often telling me how nice & caring the staff are , also how much she enjoys her meals very much , when visiting I'm always greeted with a
very warm welcome by the staff who are very approachable for a chat , they keep me updated wirh mums care with any changes or concerns etc, overall very happy thanks Victoria house

I would just like to say that I think the staff are fantastic and my mum love them a lot which makes it easy for to adapt to new living.

I am really happy with my father in law's care, he seems happy. Care staff are friendly.

My experience has been good great people who look after you nothing is to much trouble for them very friendly people to meet excellent service manager and carers.

I find that the staff are all lovely, my brother seems happy and that's the main thing.

I am extremely happy with the care my mother is receiving, the staff are amazing. I would recommend Victoria House to anybody. My mother is very happy with her stay and loved it. Thank you.

My mom spent 4 1/2 years at Victoria House and was wonderfully cared for throughout. She spent many hours dancing, singing and crafting her days away. The care and attention she received and the assistance provided to me have been fabulous. I can't thank everyone involved enough.

Victoria House is a great care home they give the best care to my father-in-law. Staff are great at what they and are very friendly. I would recommend.

We are so happy with my father-in-law's care, and we have seen such an improvement in him since his arrival. His mobility and food intake have improved, my father-in-law has good relationships with his carers and does have his favourites.

The care provided for my mother has always been exceptional from all staff at the care home. I requested that my mother be able to virtually attend her usual Church service and this was immediately organised to the benefit of all residents. The care home consider not just practical and emotional
needs, but also ensuring residents are stimulated eg Ve day activities, Chicks, Singers, colouring etc.
I have no concerns and would recommend.
