Dad lived at Cassandra for 7 months last year before he passed away due to complications of his illness. He was a challenging man, and I am full of admiration for the staff and everyone who had any input into his care during this time. Massive, massive thanks to all concerned. We found the Manager,
staff, surroundings, all absolutely first class. The Manager is extremely approachable, as in fact are all the staff, and we found them all to be extremely caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. There was also always plenty of staff on duty. They manage to combine professionalism and friendliness effortlessly. The premises were immaculate and fresh at all times when we visited, and we were particularly impressed with the room security - something which definitely is not matched in other care homes. Having now had experience of two other care homes for Mum, Cassandra is the gold standard.
